John Zeiter. Always late and in a great hurry. Always insincere and often insulting. The March Lane office is filthy and in a dismal (even for Stockton) strip mall. The Office staff is condescending and rude, with a waiting room television blaring Dr. Phil or worse. Every visit was a miserable experience in some way. Probably a good business model, and a Money Machine.

I've never seen either Zeiter. I don't know if they even seen patients. I saw several other eye doctors that work for him; they were okay. The office and administrative staff is totally incompetant. I was double-billed several times and they appear to invent new changes that they don't tell you about. If you want to avoid hastles with their incompetant office staff and billing dept., avoid them like the plague. Additionally they have office staff without credentials do many of the tests you expect a physician to do.
