Dr. Maria Bacay has been a life saver to my 83 Year Old mother whom she has been her primary care physician for better part of 5 years. As mom has aged, Dr. Bacay has been there through several hospitalizations and a rough road of aging. As her children, Dr. Bacay has partnered with us and walked through the falls and fractures, pneumonia's, loss of motor skills, recovery from Covid, and now has helped us as we walk through a terminal illness of severe late onset dementia. She personally calls to follow-up on her several times when very ill ... if you are at all familiar with today's health and insurance system, you know this is very rare.... So is her level of compassion. We love Dr. Bacay and do not expect perfection from her office, but realize she has a business to keep running - she is a rare top notch doctor with compassion.

She has been my physician for over 20 years and even though I traveled for my work I would always come back to California to see her. I now have permanently moved back I definitely will see her again

Dr. Maria Bacay has been my doctor for over 7 years now and has done nothing but an excellent job in treating myself and family. She sends me to top quality specialist if it’s needed and spends ample amount of time on my visits. Most Dr’s allow 15 minutes per patient, she will take the time that’s needed. Very carefully explains my diagnosis in words I can understand. Very satisfied with my care I receive from her practice.

Dr. Maria Bacay has been my Mother's doctor for awhile now.  She has way to many patients to take care of and do her job well.  She rather be your friend then your doctor. She does not address the issues and resolve anything. She did not take care of my mother like she should of and now my Mom is paying the price!  Her office staff is not friendly or helpful and they don't get their jobs done either.  I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I haven't had to go into the office until recently but been a patient for years... I called in to get an appointment and set up a time for same day which was great...but then the girl started looking into my file and said "oh you havnt been seen here in 3 years you're considered a new patient we can't see you"... You have to wait until we confirm your insurance and call u with an appointment...and have yet to hear from them...ill be going elsewhere...

Dr, Bernard becay is very sweet. takes the time to listen and the staff is always so friendly. get appointments same day and seen in minutes.. love how fast I can be in and out, but feel like I was able to the help I needed

Extremely disappointed with her. Had her for 20 years, then 1 day she dismissed my husband via certified letter, no explanation!She kept dropping the ball with referrals to neurological services. Not good for an epileptic. Had to ask her to perform lab orders that are routine for his condition.

My grandfather had her for a number of years (this is why I gave her 2 stars rather than one). After misdiagnosis (the same misdiagnosis she had given her brother who later passed away under her care) and lack of action, my grandfather's cancer had taken hold. Quick to prescribe antibiotics, slow to arrive to a strong medical diagnosis.
