El Doctor es muy bueno, sin embargo, el staff que tiene son unos ineptos, las señoritas brindan un servicio pésimo y de mala calidad, estuve un año con el doctor como médico primario, pero ya no puedo soportar la ineptitud de sus asistentes, dando fechas incorrectas y citas a horarios que después indican que ellas no lo dijeron así, pésimo servicio, Doctor David, debería poner atención en este tema, pierde clientes por ellas...The Doctor is very good, however, the staff he has are inept, no good, the are rude and don’t care for you, I was one year with the Doctor as my primary, but I can’t stand their ineptitude anymore, the give me incorrect appointment dates or hours and they tell me they didn’t, VERY BAD SERVICE, Doctor David should put more attention on this, he is losing patients for this...

I like going to this doctor and have been for a few years now. I would rate him 5 stars but the receptionists I would rate less than one star. It takes me all day just to speak with someone. They never answer the phones. And while on the phone or in person they are just plain rude people.

I'm not sure why the bad reviews? Dr. Noel David was nice and kind. He was very thorough about medical history. Ordered an XRay right away and received a call same day regarding the results. New patient process takes a while. Only suggestion would be to add a website for new patients to fill out forms, schedule appointments, or message the doctor directly for follow up questions.

Mallorca for peds. Noel for family medicine.Ample parking directly behind DMV.Very pleasant staff and competent in dealing with issues at hand.Usually can acquire needed  appts. Within 7 to 10 days.Board certified with Naval Hospital background.

We paid our $15 deductible in October 2018 they sent me a past due notice in Jan 2019 As we provided them our bank statement showing proof of the co-pay They have tye nerve to send us another past due bill July 2019!!! We are beyond livid with his staff!!Dr. David is a good and honest doctor but he really needs to pay more attention to his staff with their attitudes, their language barriers (no petho, we speak it too) pero, this is not the point! He needs to have a TRAINED OFFICE MNGR to run his business, this is beyond BS

Very third world, rude staff, very unprofessional, unorganized. Dirty waiting room, I'm surprised I didn't see a goat wandering around in the front office. Never going back!!!

I went in as a new patient and the very first thing the receptionist told me is that she expects new patients 30 minutes before the appointment. Since I was 20 minutes early I was confused why she was confrontational but since I needed to be seen I shrugged it off and proceeded to do the paperwork. I'd like to mention that she rolled her eyes as she handed me the paperwork and made me felt VERY unwelcome.After I finished the paperwork the recptionsit told me I had to pay $100 per their policy as a new patient. Since I wasn't informed of the cost I asked that since it was a policy if I could see it in writing. She told me no and then changed her story to it being a deductible (Per my insurance my deductible is $20).I asked to speak to the office manager where she said the exact same thing to me (but a little more friendlier). Since I wasn't getting anywhere with these people and their imaginary charges I asked that if I decided to not be seen per the imaginary charges if I'll get charged and they said I wouldn't (Looking back I have my doubts).I personally will never go here again and I will definitely retell my experience to anyone I ever hear of going here.
