Rude staff , long hold time just to get an attitude when asking a simple question, the icing on the cake was when she said you can’t find a doctor in “Stockton” lol I’m calling your office because I’ve done my due diligence! Also she was giving me medical advice over the phone when I told her one of the reasons I wanted an appointment for my child, excuse me? NOT WELCOMING AT ALL! If that’s how her front office treats new patients, I rather look elsewhere.

Great Doctor, she takes her time, doesn’t rush you, answers all your questions, especially being a first time mom she’s very patient. She was the one who came when my daughter was born. I have a pleasant experience every time. I’ve had nurse Frankie as well and he is great!

The best pediatrician around this area.Very friendly, excellent with children. The staff are very friendly too. They are on top of everything and answer all of my questions. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Princess Dela Pena is really great, she does a great job of listening to your concerns and does an amazing job answering your questions. It is hard calling to schedule appointments the phone constantly rings without answer so it’s hard to schedule. I don’t care for the front staff, one seems to be on the rude side all time, the other seems like she is unorganized. Frank however is always nice and welcoming always checks in with you and the child as well.

My son has been seeing her for years now and every time we go in she has something new to say/diagnose about him that should've been known since day 1. Also I feel extremely rushed when in office and she doesn't care to answer the questions asked. I do not recommend this office and will be looking for a new pediatrician for my kids.
