Dr. Patel is the kindess, most gentle hearted doctor. When you are ill, you find comfort in his patience and empathy. He will always listen and is not quick to judge your fears or concerns. He has always treated my family with the utmost respect. He is always concerned with my mental wellbeing, not just physical. He is a whole health doctor. I absolutely give him a 5 star rating!

Great Doctor but getting thru is impossible. His phone lines are always forwarded to an after hours MD triage all day every day that then asks you to contact his office directly which btw you are trying to do. Makes no sense.

Dr. Patel is very nice. That's the one star I gave him. Other than that, I can't really recommend him. I've been going there for several years. He NEVER checks my heart/lungs/hearing. I was in the hospital a few years ago for a heart episode, so you would think he would listen to my heart once in awhile! I have a thyroid condition and he's listed as a doctor that will treat thyroid and diabetes. He has NEVER measured, felt or done anything except look at my blood tests when I go to the office. His staff seems nice, but on several occasions I would say lazy. I have to have a referral to go to other specialists. The other doctors may/may not get the referral form and associated recent blood tests. I just got a referral for a thyroid specialist. Dr. Patel's office sent NO previous history documents. None. I've waited 7 weeks for an appointment with the new doctor. They are waiting on the documentation but have NEVER heard from Dr. Patel's office. I called his office...they "changed" their computer system and ALL RECORDS prior to 3 years ago were lost. No backup system? No communication to my new referral thyroid doctor? Nope. Something seems very odd in that office. Cannot recommend this doctor at all.

Great doctor, great staff! They always try to get me in by the next day if they don’t have anything available that day. I’ve been going there for 16 years now, most of my family goes there, and we have never had a problem. Everyone there is very friendly and professional.

Excellent doctor! He was able to diagnose a difficult condition the very first visit which 3 other providers including a specialist could not. Very Professional and makes you feel very comfortable. Excellent bedside manner. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

COVID-19 Rating: Just wanted to make a quick revision on my original edit. With all the chaos going on during this stressful time, being a patient with Dr. Patel is probably the one stress free event of the day.His staff is AWESOME!!! Always on it when it comes to their jobs...THANK YOU Ladies!!Dr. Patel puts his patients first, not only visits(virtual for the time being) but any follow up paperwork that needs immediate attention. Its said that you judge a situation at it's most stressful or chaotic situation...they have everything all figured out and will take very good care of you!!

We pay more for our insurance just so we can have Dr Patel and his staff ...Jeanette is the bomb she move heaven and earth to get us in and to get us our referrals and to get the job done !!!!they get five stars I’d give them 10 if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I guess I can❣️
