I'm receiving this 2nd bills which my insurance paid already. It looks like this CVIMA is a scam that generates people's information and sending bills.When I read reviews from this thread they received a collection notice so it means this is what you get when you ignored this charges. I'm going to document this statement and forward it to local news reporter to investigate the legality of this entity.

I keep getting “Final Notice” statements from them. The amounts have not been very large so my husband has paid them. The statements keep coming!! For what? I haven’t been there in over a year!
