List of Steven Krems's Reviews
Very unprofessional and money hungry. He prescribes basically whatever and doesn’t genuinely care about bettering you or your problem. He prescribes highly addictive things like Xanax/Klonopin and does not care about whether the patient may be abusing or forming an addiction. Sad guy ruining many lives. Shame on you.
I had set up an appointment 40+ days in advance for Monday the 28th. Friday before the appointment I had a missed call which I could not answer and could only call back after the office was closed. I go to my cedars app and my appointment was switched to video call without me knowing and asking my consent. I called Monday the day of my appointment and apparently Dr. Krems requested Friday to switch to a "video visit". The customer service rep answer was"but we tried calling you". I am beyond offended and disappointed in this kind of service. First it takes more than 1 month to schedule a visit, which is mind blowing per se, and then they go and switch a physical exam visit to video. Horrible experience from the doctor, and also from Cedars Sinai. Paying 400$+ for a visit should give premium service, not trying to deal with this kind if stress and unprofessionalism. I am switching providers to UCLA and never looking back.
Dr. Krems is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He cares so much about his patients and goes above and beyond to make sure they get the help they need.
Cedars-Sinai Services are fine but they charge a crazy amount of money and you will get a sticker shock once you receive the bill. $400 for a urine test AFTER insurance portions covered.
Dr. Krems is a well-trained doctor. However, his staff is inexperienced and inconsistent. It’s very challenging to make an appointment. His team is constantly rescheduling. Be careful.
Dr. Krems is amazing! He is kind and patient and never rushes you. If you need Bioidentical Hormones (HRT) look no further. He is an expert and helps get your body back into rhythm. Niza, Dr. Krems nurse is the BEST I have ever worked with. She is knows her stuff and is like Dr. Krems kind and patient.

Have been a patient going back many years. I really appreciate Dr Krems thoughtful care and attention.
I cannot recommend Dr. Krems more highly. A rare combination of smarts, experience, insight and warmth, he has shepherded me through a rough menopause with HRT. He worked magic after years of struggle, and I've been seeing him now for over a decade. His specialty in my opinion is optimal health, and he definitely walks his talk. That speaks volumes...
Great doctor, spends time and listens to patients. He’s also interested in natural medicine and often recommends natural remedies as alternatives to traditional cures if the condition allows it. I highly recommend him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
