Her Front Office is amazing especially Chanelle, the receptionist! She greets you warmly and provides you with information in a sincere and kind way. Your first impression of an office is so important and really sets the tone for your whole visit. She provided me with great customer service! Alvin, the CSCAN technologist was superb in that he made me very comfortable and all the exrays he needed to do were done in no time at all. He does his job very well! Dr. Andrea Snow is an expert in her field and gave me excellent advice and has a great bed side manner and genuinely cares about her patients. Five Stars go to her entire office. Well done!

The experience with Dr. Snow's office has been one of the worst medical experiences ever had - inability to reach anyone by phone, no return on left messages, and no callback on a scheduled callback time. It was a long afternoon to wait for no callback and then find out the next day that Dr. Snow is out for the day and won't be able to call back until the next week. There is literally no care for the patient. Terrible.

Dr. Andrea Snow is literally AWESOME!!! I broke my ankle in 6 different places and she "by the grace of God" came to the ER to my rescue. They always say, Snow & Angels have something in common! Anyways, her bedside manner was really nice, caring and comforting so I knew that I wanted her to perform my surgery. She is very meticulous about her work and did a beautiful job stapling up my incisions from the surgery. I'm an energy person and intuitive so I knew right when I met her that she was special and I thank God that she was there for me in the ER room. I highly recommend Dr.Andrea Snow!!!

I was referred to Dr Snow by my GP who is in the same office. Dr Snow fitted me in without an appointment in the midst of her busy schedule. Nice bed-side manner. Rare these days! I'm getting an MRI so should be on the path to recovery soon. Fingers crossed.
