Friendly staff No waiting Professional advice
Fast, convenient, friendly staff, & extremely patient.
Really nice staff, short wait time and they diagnosed my issue efficiently
Had a great experience and was really taken care of. Appreciate the doctor and the stuff as they did the best they can to treat the problem I came for.
Don't think about it, just go here for ACTUAL MEDICAL CARE! TLDR: The staff here is welcoming, kind and considerate, it's a brand new, CLEAN facility, and they have lollipops! If you live in the area, go here for a hassle-free, validating, inclusive, clean, and friendly medical experience! (The PA also recommended the EXER UC in Culver City (the PAs rotate between offices).) In and out (with wait time, labs and x-rays) in under 80 minutes! Why I went: I had a really bad cough/wheezing and congestion and put off going to the ER or an UC because I was worried about wait times. I decided to go around 5pm on a Friday and was expecting the worst and boy was I pleasantly surprised!! What to expect (staff, checkin, and process): Brianna at reception greeted me right away with a warm smile and made the check in process quick and easy (especially for a brand new patient). I got a text after check-in with my place in line and an estimated wait time (they saw me faster than the estimate). After about a 20 minute wait, Candace, the nurse, brought me into a room. She was so nice and knowledgeable and took a detailed report of my symptoms. I waited about 2 minutes before the PA came in. Sam is lovely, competent, and has a really warm bedside manner. She asked questions genuinely (which seems exceptionally rare these days in the medical field) and spent a lot of time patiently taking my medical history and answering all of my questions (and I mean, ALL of them). She suggested a Covid swab, chest x-ray and blood panel to rule out a few things. The X-ray tech came in about a minute later and David was very calming and efficient during the process (3 x-rays took about 5 minutes). I waited about 30 seconds after that for Candace to return with the blood test equipment. She was SO gentle during all of it!! I usually sneeze during a Covid test but she was so considerate of my nasal cavity that I didn't feel a thing (seriously). She was also really nice about explaining the process and what she was doing and told me when to breathe during the pokes and pricks (which I feel is important to mention when talking about needles and such!). When I thanked her for being so nice about everything, she told me she worked in pediatrics (among other specialties) so she knows her stuff and is conscientious of others' pain, discomfort, and anxieties. I wish I had her for all of my blood tests considering that last one I got at my doctors office left me bruised and in pain for DAYS. They ran my labs (except for the Covid test which is done off-site) and read my x-rays in about 10 minutes and Sam came back in to let me know what she found and suggest a treatment plan. I really appreciated that she gave me all the facts, and a few courses of treatment for me to make an informed decision for myself (how bout them apples?!). I left feeling cared for and with peace of mind knowing I had seen medical professionals that took ACTUAL CARE of me!! Fingers crossed I don't have a medical emergency in the foreseeable future, but if I do, I'm definitely not hesitating to come back here. Extra info: I checked online before I went to see wait time and waited shorter than the estimate. This is a UCLA-affiliated UC so it was a $15 copay with my Blue Shield CA PPO plan. There's free guest wifi (just ask for the password).
I had something lodged in my ear. The office was clean, bright and modern. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. I waited about 10 minutes before I was assigned a room. Dr. Sun came in within a few minutes after the assistant took my vitals. He was very pleasant and carefully removed the object. He checked my ear for any residual problem and said everything looked OK. Everyone on staff was friendly and pleasant. Overall, it was a good experience.
The primary care physician is amazing! I am very grateful to have entered in as a walk-in and received such genuine support and assistance. Once I traveled through those doors on my way to the back I was greeted pleasantly. Each individual were very patient and intentional. I sincerely suggest that if my experience is duplicated then others should adhere.
Great fast care. Listens to your concerns and takes action promptly. I will return when needed

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
