I walked into LaserAway with no appointment and received amazing customer servic. I only needed one hair removal service but they were able to take me right away. the device was really pricey but because it was my first time I got a percentage off. the RN who did my service was really nice and explained everything. i wished it wasn't so expensive because I loved my experience.

Excellent experience! The receptionist, Lucy, was so kind and welcoming the second I walked in the door. My technician, Denise, was an absolute gem and went above and beyond. She not only answered all of my questions, she sent me home with ice packs, and extra gauze/tape. The conversations I had with both Lucy and Denise felt authentic and genuine. Highly recommend!

This is the SPOT and Denise is the BEST. I went for my second session(s) last Monday, and it was a breeze from check-in to check out. The sessions were painless (note: pain tolerance is different from person to person) and Denise was extremely kind, offered a stress ball to help my angst, and overall, a sweet spirit. I'm SO excited to go back! Go Denise!

I had the best experience at the Marina Del Rey location all thanks to Rochelle. level been going to LaserAway for a year now at different locations and Rochelle was by far the most diligent and thoughtful at making the experience quick and easy!

Laseraway marina del Rey is amazing. I had my 3rd clear and brilliant treatment with Erika and it was amazing. She was super informative each step of the way and checked in frequently to make sure I was feeling ok. She offered to show me my progress of before and after pictures and the results are pretty insane. I had a lot of little marks and spots on my face with discoloration and in only 2 treatments they are already pretty gone! I did my third treatment today and have 3 more to go so can't wait for more results! The front desk team is incredibly nice and easy to adjust appointments with. The office is very clean and gives a 'spa' elevated feel!
