I came here for a partially torn ligament in my thumb. I had bi weekly follow ups for almost 3 months and went through a long healing process, first being in a brace then PT.Dr. Volpicelli is patient, understanding, funny, and seems to really care me about his patients. I never feel rushed or scared to ask dumb questions. His front staff are amazing, always working me into their schedule. Not once has Dr. Volpicelli been late to an appointment, which is extremely rare with doctors in LA. I highly recommend Dr. Volpicelli for any sport injuries.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Volpicelli for a couple of years. I have never had to wait for my appointed time; in fact, I tend to arrive early and am usually taken immediately. Although I have not had any surgery, I’ve received one cortisone shot in my knee, And I am delighted with Doctor V and his staff.

Dr. Volpicelli is the best Orthopedic Dr. of all times. i was referred to him by a friend who had both of her knees replaced and was very satisfied with the results. The office staff was very friendly and efficient . Dr.Volpicelli was Pleasent and Thorough in explaining to me why both my knees had to be replaced, he replaced the left knee and a year later he corrected a botched surgery done on my right knee years ago by another surgeon. now i am pain free and very satisfied with my results. Dr.Volpicelli is the best Orthopedic Doctor of all times. Thank you Doctor

My right shoulder became a frozen. I went to acupuncture and put on a painkiller patch, but it didn't go away and I woke up with pain many times in the middle of the night. I found Dr. Volpicelli and made an appointment. The reservation was smooth. I called Dr. Volpicellii office on Friday and made an appointment on Monday. When arrived at his office, there was little waiting time and I could see Dr. Volpicelli immediately. He diagnosed my condition very accurately. Since it was the early stage of frozen shoulder, I was asked to prescribe a pain reliever and was told to do a simple exercise called Pendulum exercise for 5 minutes 3 times every day. I followed his direction and exercised as it was. My pain disappeared after 2 weeks and I could do overnight hiking with 20lb backpack. Thank you very much for your accurate diagnosis and very easy understanding explanation. I recommend Dr. Volpicelli to everyone in pain.

The referral process was smooth and speedy, I have not had any qualms with paperwork and receiving the proper care. Dr. Volpicelli is well versed and understanding. Dr volpicelli is very good knowing how to treat my trigger finger ,he also did the surgery on my Carpal tunnel and I've never had no problems since ...you can't even see the scar where he blended it into my lifeline on my hand I took my granddaughter to see about her arm and she 13 and she really like him she said grandma he's a nice doctor I wasn't even scare He also took care of my husband when he took a fall and we got a Appointment the same day ,saved us a trip to the ER he's a very caring doctor and I would not go to see anybody else un less he retires I highly recommend him if anybody's looking for a orthopedic doctor all his staff are very , accommodating and you never wait very long ,you get in right away

I'm very frustrated. I really liked this doctor. However I had been injured at work, and I asked him some questions about the process. Even though my claim was excepted, everything was denied through utilization review. I have not received any type of compensation or doctors visits in over a year. Even though my attorneys both emailed the doctor saying that I was able to receive treatment through the doctor, he would not see me. Worker's Comp. would not Treat me, and by law I was allowed to get treatment with my insurance. Because I have an attorney I cannot get the Worker's Comp. to provide me a letter saying that they're not providing treatment. This is why my attorneys provided the emails and even spoke to the doctor when I was in the office. However the doctor still would not see me. As a result of his neglect and failure to treat, I have left him a negative review.
