I absolutely love this place! The level of care and professionalism at Marina OB/GYN is top-notch. From the moment you walk in, the office staff is welcoming and efficient, which makes a huge difference. The doctors really take the time to listen and answer questions without making you feel rushed. It's rare to find a medical office that feels both high-tech and genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for excellent care.

Dr. Jackson was awesome! First time coming here, and I felt at home the office was quiet, and the check in with the front desk with Zoey was quick and easy. I was called in pretty quickly, I thought I would have to wait a little longer like other offices, but I'm happy to say I finally found a gyn that I'm happy with. Highly recommend if you're looking for an ob/gyn.

The worse of the worse service and staff. At first I didn't believe all the bad reviews of this clinic, until I became one of their patients. Trying to make an appointment was very hard the wait is over 2 hours, when I finally get through someone he is extremely rude, sarcastic, and ends up hanging up on me. Day 1: I was greeted by Latoya and had my service with Dr. Bjorn. First red flag was that Latoya came up to me to pressure me to please do a review on yelp and make sure it was 5 stars, when I had not seen the doctor yet. After the service I left at front desk some paper work to be filled out by my Doctor, it turns out that the paper work was misplaced, was not communicated to me and when I would ask them about the status they will say that it was not filled out yet. One month later I get called from Cynthia, clinic manager, asking me about what paper work I was talking about and that she was never told about it.. wowww after all the wait. The worse part is that Cynthia after telling her everything that happened, her attitude becomes rude, defensive, and disrespectful. Cynthia was never apologetic about what had happened and just decided to hang up on me. Later that day I decide to call back and reschedule my appointment and to my surprise I get the same guy who answered the first time I called as a new patient and, believe it or not, his attitude was the same,rudeeee . I ask to be transfer to some else and he transfers me to Sandra who did not speak English and sounded like a robot, every time I asked a question she did not know how to answer, so I decided to ask for a manager and to my surprise she was one of the managers. .. Hours later I get a called from Alissa, saying that I was no longer going to be seen by my doctor because MINE ATTITUDE WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE... I was very surprise and couldn't believe what I was hearing. Pleaseeeeee do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, this place is not worth the time and money .... Dr. Lapilles, if you are reading this review, I Ask you kindly to please do a major and urgent costumer service training to everyone. The people that are running your facility are doing the worst job ever, please take time to see all yelp and google reviews and you will realize that this is not the only bad review, but one of many following. Please start with the staff which called themselves managers and cannot even apologize for anything or be compassionate. For everyone else let me warn you that as a patient of these facilities you will 1) wait for 2 hours just to make an appointment 2) will not have communication from staff and you will have to contact them to find about any kind of status and if you are lucky the person that answers won't have an attitude. 3) paper work to be lost and not be communicated about it or even apologized. 4) if you complain about your service, you are at risk of getting banned as a patient. 5) no compassion or understanding from staff. Read all the reviews and will find out that this place is not worth it.

The call center they work with is horrible at scheduling, they’ve been working with them for a few years and every year they make it so hard scheduling. I called to reschedule my appointment and they hung up on me the first time. I immediately called back and I could literally hear a rooster in the background screaming. Then the person on the phone tells me I can't reschedule because I have two active insurances, that information was not given to me when I scheduled my appointment or previous appointments. I was coming in for my annual check up she said I needed authorization from my insurance before coming in to the appointment. I called my insurance and they told me annual check ups do not need authorization. I won't be going back. Get knowledgeable professional people to work your phone lines the call center you’re paying is a joke.

Overall, this facility is well-maintained, and the doctors are thorough and attentive. The front desk receptionist, Latoya, is always helpful with scheduling and rescheduling appointments and is very accommodating to our needs. I've been coming here for the past three years and have had no major issues.

To be greeted from the front desk with such a pleasant and warm welcome from the receptionist LaToya whose been there for a while assures me I'm in great hands from the nurses to the doctors.

The outstanding Doctor ALBORZ BORJIAN makes the experience in this office positive. You can trust his knowledge, proactive attitude drive to resolve patients problem. He is attentive, great communicator, BIG HEART DOCTOR. He cares and makes patient feel comfortable in the stressful moment. This is the kind of doctor everyone is looking for. Doctor ALBORZ BORJIAN is an honorable doctor.

When I arrived at this clinic suffering from acute pain, the doctor refused to perform an ultrasound. She remarked that I didn't "look like a sick woman" and stated that I would need to submit a formal request to verify whether I was truly in pain. They took samples for lab tests; however, I was unfortunately displeased with the way the medical instruments were left lying exposed in the examination room for several hours, where they were susceptible to bacterial contamination. I was experiencing severe abdominal pain and had no idea what was wrong with me; I had suffered a miscarriage just a few months prior—a fact I specifically mentioned to the doctor. Regrettably, they did not perform an ultrasound and instead sent me home to wait for approval to schedule one—despite the fact that, immediately following my miscarriage, I had been specifically referred to this very clinic. Two weeks later, the approval for the ultrasound finally came through, yet the pain persisted; I then had to wait another two weeks just to get an appointment slot. Once the ultrasound was finally performed, I was told that I wouldn't receive the results for another three days! To my dismay, the clinic then called to inform me that I would have to wait nearly a month just to get back in to see a doctor! When I finally returned for my appointment, I was seen by a different physician—a male doctor named Alborz Borjian. He was a true professional; he helped me and thoroughly explained the underlying cause of my health issues. It turned out that, following my miscarriage, I had suffered a ruptured cyst; the fluid had filled my abdominal cavity and was exerting pressure on my internal organs. This was precisely what I had tried to explain to Dr. Penton, but she had refused to believe me—leaving me with serious doubts regarding her professional competence. I am simply appalled by this entire situation. Furthermore, when they were collecting samples for testing, a nurse assured me that everything was fully covered by my Medi-Cal insurance and that the tests would be free of charge. However, after the samples had already been collected, she returned with a document requiring my signature to acknowledge that the tests might actually incur a fee; she informed me—in a very rude and abrasive manner—that if I refused to sign the document, she would not send the samples to the lab for analysis.

These reviews are fake. They are violating several laws. My girlfriend has tried several times to get a hold of the office manager and their outsourced team of receptionists either never sent the message or the office manager refuses to follow up. Do not trust this office with your health.
