Nagaraj Muneppa Chetty's Online Review Report Card

This doctor asked me why I was in the hospital for colonoscopy the procedure went well an dident get the results for many week many weeks when I call the front desk doesent answer finally was able and the front desk said I was to make an appointment this is going over a month in a half made the appointment for the next month waited the time scheduled went into the 20 minutes over I called assuming he may be with a patient no he dident show up at all not a curtisy call not even an apology . The proublem that first brought me their is worst and am getting second opinion about the intense pain on the left side. This doctor has the worst bedside manners and I feel is in it only to secure his retirement patients last .Dr. Chetty you will be hearing from my lawyer . All you had to do is care about your patient this has gone on 3 months 18 days .Tracy Handley

The WORST doctor. We were referred to him by our primary care doctor for my mom's colonoscopy. He is not personable or has any bedside manners. He's short with answers your questions and very dismissive. Office doesn't follow or reply to calls/emails. You have to be insistent with reaching them. They schedule appts only to keep you waiting because they "dr is running behind". Waited over an HOUR after scheduled appointment. Clearly his time much more important than patients. Steer clear.

Dr Chetty is rude and doesn't care for his patients, he did a procedure at the hospital and he never went to talk to me or explain anything at all! instead, he spent his time talking with the nurses and everyone else, he didn't do a follow up after the procedure or explain what type of medication I'm going to take, nothing he just don't care for Hispanic patients or at least that's what I saw.the first time in his office it was no different he has terrible manners and he lack of empathy and sympathy. I changed of doctor as soon as I could, I didn't feel safe around him. Linda was the only one that cares in that horrible place.

If you are concerned about your health Then please avoid doctors Chetty and his office At the day of my procedure they did not answer the phone because the hospital needed to confirm something with them. Very carless, unprofessional and a really Unknowledgeable doctor.

I have had the worst appointment making experiences - hands down - with this office. Having to call multiple times, then put on hold forever, then being told to be called back "in 2 mins," then never got a call back. Unprofessional staff with no patient experience skills.

Very disappointed. First they change my appointment date and notify me by text the day before that my appointment is no longer Friday but Thursday. I thought it was a mistake so I still have in mind that my appointment is Friday. I get a voicemail saying I missed my appointment. I call them and they said they changed my appointment because the doctor wasn't going to be in Friday. I had been waiting for my appointment on Friday for an entire month!! I complain to them and they said the earliest they can get me an appointment is in 2 weeks and that it will not be Dr.Cheddy. I am irritated at this point but agree to go because I really need to be seen. I went today and the nurse/lady had no idea what she was doing. I repeated myself multiple times. She didn't tell me anything useful except that I would need to come back to see the Dr.

Wait time is an hour before seeing dr. Chetty

Front desk girls are very friendly easy to talk to, Dr. Chetty was very professional, I appreciate the time he took to go over my colonoscopy results Thank you we need more doctors like you
