Amazing doctor sent me to the right referrals

DON'T COME HERE!Where do I start....this place is a sham. The office itself is a health hazard- filthy, unorganized and smells nasty. You walk in and immediately you feel like you went back in time to a clinic from the 70's with the old gross carpet that's in the waiting room.The front desk receptionist Holly is the most rude, obnoxious, incompetent and unprofessional person I've met in my life. I came for a routine blood test and every step of the way was beyond frustrating as I am still waiting for them to mail me the results as these people don't believe in technology and will not email you anything. Oh, actually they have a 'scanner', but it's locked in a room where there is one nurse who's in charge of it only works once a week lol It took so many back and forth calls just to have the dr to go over the results with me and then I had to call again to mail the results out. Spoke with Holly AGAIN and after giving her my address (even though they have it on file), she promised it will be sent that same week. To no one's surprise, she didn't and when I called again she had the nerve to just bluntly tell me that she didn't send it yet. Then she asks for the address again (which I already gave it to her and they should have record of) and at this point I'm concerned that they don't even have my medical records so I'm asking her to confirm the address and she's like 'I don't have your file in front of me'. I asked if I should call again later so she can have the file in front of her and she basically said 'I'll send your blood results to the address I have on file and if you don't get it, that's on you'. Wow, just wow. This woman is next level unprofessional.The dr's room needs a review of its own- cluttered, paper EVERYWHERE and just plain filthy. This is NOT what a medical facility should look or act like. Find another provider, this place is a joke.

Always takes time to answering any questions and concerns that I may have. I have known him for 20yrs ......... he has also taken care of my daughter since she was 4. Always a good experience in his office and a great staff.

Caring doctor , even for other patients with Covid protocols .

Terrible service... do not go here. Tried to have me take bloods when I didn’t need them and their billing department is a shambles. As soon as I got my bill, called to pay in full, then another letter came, called again and a year later I’m passed to a collection agency for a bill I paid a year ago 😭

Doctor is out of shape, smells bad, and isn't helpful. The office is incredibly disorganized. Worst yet, he's a scammer, a year after my visit I had debt collectors coming after me for an "unpaid bill" and I had very good insurance at the time that certainly covered the visit.

I encourage you to look at reviews on Yelp, Healthgrades, and Google. The issues I had with this doctor seem to be a shared experience with many. The office was old and dirty, I was overcharged, and the billing is a disaster. They sent me to collections over a bill I paid 6 months ago, that I had ORIGINALLY called to pay 6 months prior, but they for some reason didn't charge me the first time? Super ...

there is a woman who works here by the name of shari her attitude is horrible and the place is disgusting and dirty, i've seen roaches and so many other unsanitary things here its unbelievable i will not be back and she needs to be fired her mouth his so disrespectful
