List of Mogo Urgent Care - Marina's Reviews
I went here with a sore throat .... Dr came in took a look at me did there routine checks on a patient. And then told me to just go home rinse with warm water and salt and if the pain comes back or throat gets worse definitely come back .... This is bull shit I asked them for antibiotics because I know my body and I always go through this issue.... I really like how they come in and act like they care but really just want your money ... lazy ass bull shit doctors I'm never coming back to this place .... Zero rating for me ....
Really nice facility. Really nice employees. Overall great urgent care experience
I went in to the urgent care today to get a pre-employment drug test. I had called earlier in the day to ensure the times and was told as long as I got there before 5 my drug test could be completed. My husband is military, so I got a babysitter and was there by 4 pm to complete my drug test. The girl at the front desk told me it would be a 30 minute wait which I agreed to. I waited 50 minutes and then Angelica came out and told me that I needed to come back tomorrow because there was too many people in front of me. I told her I was unable to come back tomorrow because I had to get a babysitter today and was unable to do that tomorrow. She told me it had to be done before 5 pm. I told her I had called earlier in the day and they told me if I was there before 5 I would be fine. She responded with “yeah it has to be before 5” I told her I had been waiting since 4 pm for this reason. She said they would try to get me in before 5. When I walked back to my seat I heard Angelica speaking with another worker and she stated to that worker that I am “not a very nice person.” I could hear her across the room so I’m positive the two other patients at the front desk also heard her. The girl that ended up doing my drug test was very kind and understanding, however, if Angelica is going to continue to speak rudely about her patients she should consider finding another job that does not involve patient care or do so in private where the rest of the waiting room can’t hear her. As a nurse in this community, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of her professionalism towards a patient.
What wonderful, kind, caring providers you are! Thank you for assuaging my fears and putting my mind at ease .
We went to this Urgent Care location because it was close to our home...on an early Sunday morning. As far as we could tell, there was only one person before us when we arrived. The environment is nice and very clean. However, the wait was just ridiculously long...even for urgent care. We waited nearly 2 hours. I believe they only had one provider (nurse practitioner) on staff. The NP was nice and competent but the long wait made the experience unpleasant. Despite the convenience, we will not go back to this urgent care.
This facility is very nice. The staff was very helpful , friendly and bright. I sprained my ankle and they were able to take imaging at their facility. They even called a couple days later to check up on me. I’ve never had an urgent care do that! Outstanding customer service.

SO SLOW!!!
I had to use Marina MoGo for a drug screening for a new job. I was told I couldn’t wait in my car because I was there for a drug screen. As a healthy individual, I waited 50 minutes with people coughing all around me and having to pee. When I finally asked how much longer I was told “it will be A MINUTE” making it sound like it was going to be another long wait. I was told I could pee and then they would give me water so I could go again for the drug screen. 5-10 minutes later my name was called and I barely got out enough. I appreciate that there were a lot of people there who needed care, but a healthy individual should not be forced to sit surrounded by sick people for 50 minutes. The website talks about how within 30 minutes someone will be seen and diagnosed… this is VERY false advertising if a clinic can’t even get a 5 minute drug screen seen in a timely manner.
The staff is very friendly, but they should have more than one doctor on duty especially during cold and flu season. 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait time is not acceptable.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
