Shama Ann Jesudason's Online Review Report Card

This is a mismanaged mess. Called to set up new apt for a new patient. Scheduled apt for 2 weeks out, 2 days before the appointment got a call that the person that scheduled it made an error and it was virtual visit. I agreed to virtual and scheduled an in person for almost month and a half out. Have my virtual visit and proceeded to have some tests of which they were not coded correctly and billing is incorrect and then to find out that my in person appointment was cancelled without any notification. Now trying to deal with issues on tests being coded incorrectly as well as trying to find a new pc. My virtual visit with the doctor was fine, she was sympathetic but that's about it; some results came back that needed further attention but were not addressed by doctor. This is a hard no on this doctor and services.

She is very sweet and contentious. She listened patiently and addressed all of my complex issues thoroughly. I am very happy with Dr. Shama and her staff. The office was absolutely wonderful.

Over the years seeing Dr. Jesudason, I have been disappointed with hasty care, cold bedside manner, poor listening skills and therefore, poor diagnoses. I have recently changed doctors because, after 3 visits with clear and concise explanations from me, tests were ordered for the wrong problem. I informed the scheduler of the error who said she would contact the doctor, and I called the next day to inform her of the error myself. A week later, another scheduler contacts me still trying to set up the wrong test and still no response from Dr. Jesudason's nurses. Meanwhile, I have been in severe pain for months jumping through hoops and being refused a referral to a specialist.
