I was impressed. I had an appointment scheduled, last exam before scheduling surgery, for knee replacement, but also needed Lab work done - right next door to outpatient orthopedics.The Valet asked "How long I might be?" I said 60-90 minutes - God willing.As I checked in, I was only 13 minutes before my appointment, I asked" Do I have time for my blood work before the doctor is available?"The Reply was, " Mmm, Dr. Schmitt, MD likes to do things on time."So I sat. Four (4) minutes later, I was in the exam room, I saw Dr Schmitt, had my questions answered for Pre-Op. Was out the door to the Lab.Had blood draw, and was out the door to ask the Valet for my car - which was parked closer, than farther, and WITHIN 45 Minutes, I was back in my car, on the way to continue my day.I was thrilled. It must have been God willing and the Staff.Thank You.
