This review is for Martha. I called to get assistance for my ailing father. Martha answered ,I had to switch to Spanish not an issue. She kept interrupting me, not allowing me to explain fully the reason for the call. She then lied stated "they did not do" what I was asking for. I attempted to explain again but was interrupted. I told her not to make statements without knowing facts and should state " she didn't know and could find out and get a call back number'. I called again in 15 min. Which I told her I would do. She had found out nothing and was extremely rude. I believe her ego was bruised. I gave her another 15 min to find out. Again, she interrupted and only repeated what we had told her. She should not be allowed to answer the phones. When I inquired about speaking to the doctor, she denied he was even there: and refused to state when he would be in. In short, Martha makes the office look bad. From my understanding this isn't the regular person who answeres the phones.

Dr. Ferdows is extremely hard working doctor. He is very knowledgeable and has great bed side manners.I have known Dr. Ferdows for a long time and I recommend him highly.
