ladies In the front dest are rude as ever. They are very unfriendly and they don’t make me feel welcome at all!!! There is this new doctor she is a female she literally talks and works as if she hates her job and she is quite rude. She left the room without saying a word after examining me and never came back. I don’t know why you would become a doctor in the first place if you don’t like socializing.The nurses working in the back most of them are really kind and friendly but the ladies in the front dest are rude. Overall I felt unwelcome and every time I visit the experience gets worse come one do better you guys.

Came all the way from Lemoore to get a sports physical the first MA that was there with the dark hair did nothing to help and her attitude was awful. When the girl with the blonde hair came in I finally got helped and checked it. As we were exiting the dark hair girl was walking past my children and I No freaken manners didn't said excuse me or anything just expected us to move out of her way. She does not belong working around people especially sick people with her stank attitude never coming here again. Props to the blonde girl for her more delightful attitude.

I had X-Rays done here they said my appointment was at 10:30 am I live across the street I got there like 5 mins before they didn't call me until almost 10:55am I thought if your appointment is 10:30 am they call you in at 10:30 am also the people in the pharmacy are rude. Plus they didn't give me all my medicine they said oh you insurance does pay all of it excuse me yes it does. I now go to Firebaugh pharmacy they give me all my medicine they don't give you attitude like the one Mendota Clinic

Why can’t you call the urgent care? The website says they’re open but their phone says they’re closed? Horrible company when you can’t even get a hold of the clinic without having to drive out there

I’ve been coming to this clinic for years and the service as well the quality of medical attention had gone from bad to unashamedly worse. They are saturated with patients, that no one person gets the adequate attention from thier provider. the staff can’t multitask. In general, the clinic charges copays for virtual appointments , which should be less because your not seeing a doctor physically and it’s not like doctors can examine you physically over the phone. This clinic has the very lowest standards of medical attention to the Hispanic community it serves. And that’s why I’m leaving and recommend others to do the same if they are fed up with this
