List of Brian L Nguyen's Reviews
Very disappointed. I have been a patient for many years and to have dr Nguyen talk to me like I was trash was disappointing. I have had back surgery and still have back problems. My work said get FMLA which he replied” I don’t give FMLA so people can take time off whenever they want.”
Caring personal touch in every visit. I never want to change my Dr.s office.
The doctor was attentive but the ladies at the front desk seemed to be having a bad day. Thats any where you go these days.
I didnt see Dr Brian L Nguyen. I saw a lady Dr Practitioner. I forgot her name but she was very good. I give her 5 stars.
Staff was very RUDE and non professional. All they do is visit with each other and talk to each other. Useless and unprofessional
Rudest doctor I have ever met. He completely missed my MS. He gave the wrong diagnosis and is not worth a dime.
Hi to one and all. I have been going hear for years. I love Erin Starr. This wonderful P. A. Has saved my life more then once. I would not see anyone but her. The staff is out of this world they call you back a lot of offices dont. There very kind and careing towards any problems you may have. I will never stray. I have before and always followed the path back home. Cannot say enough about my doctor Erin Starr she takes her time and listens with her heart er the wonderful staff being so helpful and always gets back to you Thank all of you for the kindness you have given me. I know its now easy. But I would give a 10 if I could. God bless you and keep up the great out standing jobs you do. Ms Howell.
In over 4 and 12 years as a patient I have only had the opportunity to be seen by Dr. Brian Nguyen twice. all other times there was only Physician assistants available for visits with no options to see an MD. The other issue is that they refuse to refill prescriptions when the patient has not been seen for over a year. The problem is that this is not discovered until the prescription is completely run out and they expect you to drop what you are doing for example take off of work and lose the wages unexpectedly. There is no notification system to remind that an annual visit is required. If there is some policy that they refuse to fill prescriptions until the patient jumps through hoops that is bad policy and bordering unethical practice.
During my last visit with Dr. Brian Nguyen I felt that he didnt really give me his full concern of my health issue. He came into the room angry abruptly handed me my status of my MRI CT papers without explaining what was it. The procedures were recommended by two other Specialist due to a hard lump on my lower back that gives me so much pain as a result of the ultra sound that shows a mask cyst. I did not personally request for it. When I further mentioned that maybe a good back support will be helpful with his approval he immediately raised his voice with anger said roughly No I am not going to approve it I ask him why he responded again with anger No I am not going to approve it. I then said maybe this is not the right time to discuss any further health issues my hard time breathing the recommendation from my healthcare provider to request for a Kidney checkup. He just got up walk out immediately leaving me my husband sitting in the room. I felt at that moment that he didnt care that he didnt perform his job as a Doctor should so we walk out so unsatisfied of his reaction.
this guy does not take care of my mom he just keeps giving her pills that he THINKS should solve the problem but it seems like she gets worse now shes in the hospital

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
