Love her! Amazing doctor

Dr. Busto is thorough and proactive when it comes to finding care for my sons special needs and those of his twin sister. Any concern that I have ever had about my children’s health such as autism, speech, hearing or vitamin deficiencies have been met with referrals to other doctors specializing in these fields. Dr. Busto has gone above and beyond in helping me with finding resources and benefits that I never even knew were available. If I arrive with any questions they are all answered or followed up on. If I leave a message asking to talk to her it’s responded to within the day.The staff at the front desk are also very helpful and professional. I have never had any issues when calling or visiting her office. They are always courteous when helping me to schedule an appointment and the nurses are great with my children during visits.I can not say enough good things about Dr. Busto. I think she is amazing and she has helped me and my family tremendously. Dr. Busto is a doctor that you can trust to find that your children’s health needs issues are met and you will leave her office knowing that she genuinely cares for their well being.

Dr Carla Busto is thee best pediatrician I have ever met. She is wonderful and caring. My 9 month old daughter went to her with open arms and wanted her to hold her the whole visit. She is the only Dr that actually seems to take an interest in the symptoms and not just chalk it up to a common cold but really take the time to find out what is going on. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! Thank you Dr Busto! You make me feel confident that my kidd health are a priority and they are being well looked after!

Very personable, genuinely cared about my child and my concerns,

We first met Dr. Busto at Rancho Springs Medical Center in Murrieta after my first was born. From the second we met her, her shining personality and excellent bedside manner was enough to reel us in and keep her as our daughter's primary. With other doctors I always felt rushed, like an assembly line. However, that is not the issue with her. She really takes her time with you, and that is something I really appreciate. She is SO knowledgeable, professional, and down to earth. A true pediatric gem of the inland empire. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend her!

We have been coming to Dr Busto for 2 years now, and we are very happy and satisfied with her services. She is very knowledgeable, she is asking a lot of questions about the kids, she has good parenting advice all the time. We love coming here and the kids love her.

Horrible patient service in the front office. Every time we came here, we were seen 30-60 minutes post our appointment time. Doctors are nice, but the front office staff is terribly rude when we ask when we'll be seen because we're already 30 minutes behind schedule. My daughter is 6 months old and we found a new doctor.

My daughter was on Meth at 17. We the parents did not know. Dr Bustos wanted to see my daughter without us in the room, it was then my daughter told her she was on Meth. Dr B did not share this crucial information with us. I looked up the CA state laws where it states, It's the Dr's choice to share such information or not. A short time later my daughter was found unconscious and rushed to ER where that Dr told us she was on Meth & had we not foud her when we did, she would have died !!

They never answer there phone. Horrible customer service. Worst care I have ever had to deal with.
