TO make it clear Dr. Pumphrey is great. Hes staff are rude unfriendly and not very helpful. I want to make it clear that Dr. is great. Stuff not soo much.

He is the best pediatrician. He listens to your concerns and is always so nice each appointment. I love that we can text him with any concerns and he is there for his little patients. Highly recommend this doctor.

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful bedside manner. Zero friendliness. Rushes through every appointment. When you ask a question he gets irritated. My son had a lollipop and he shoved it in his throat to see the inside of his mouth making him scream and gag Who does that? When I tried comforting my son he said it’s ok I like it when they cry. Doesn’t wear gloves either. Never will return.

Charles wrote a letter to the courts recommending child visitation counseling base on the mothers lies and the child panic attachs. Charles did not check with the father or childs consular. He is not a consular and should not make any recommendations to anyone especially a judge. He is only qualified to change diapers and give shots.

We have been going to Dr. Pumphrey for years now and have been very happy as hes very knowledgeable trustworthy. He really cares about the health of the children and goes above beyond to educate the parents on what to do in certain situations. I highly recommend

Dr. Humphrey is very nice. His assistants that help him are great but his receptionists at the front desk have not been professional. They have had a bad attitude on more than one occasion.

I looove Dr. Pumphrey and his staff is awesome.. I like that he gives you his cell phone number and you can text him at any time with questions if your baby is sick. He is also very caring and doesn’t rush you .
