They do not understand how Tricare works and will try to double charge you. They do not work well with military families. Rude receptionists. Poor communication and treatment of clients.

They will claim you owe them money over a year later (after it was already settled due to a previous phone call and zero balance) and say Tricare requires you to pay a deductible when that is verifiably false. Over a whole year later! With no other contact! How bills after over a year! What a scam. We also paid for our children's medical records and they refused to give us copies when we pulled them from the practice.

You will never see a medical doctor at this office, nor can you schedule with one. The Nurse practitioners and students are inexperienced and suggest therapies such as spoonful one without the proper research to support it. They made my child very ill by suggesting this product when my child has severe allergies. The allergy specialist had never heard of this product. My last visit at the clinic, the staff informed me my child was incorrectly scheduled and would not be measured or given immunizations because she was only scheduled a follow up. Now, they will not even have a provider call me to discuss the issue. Absolutely terrible care. Sorry I subjected my child to this provider.

This office use to be amazing! Now it is a nightmare!! I have called several times a day (for over a month) and can’t get anyone to answer! Voicemail isn’t excepting any new messages. It’s a joke! How can I make an appointment or ask questions regarding my children when front office doesn’t answer their phone lines! Ridiculous!

I misplaced my medication.although they replaced it.This rude person called me and said ‘ we are not going to continue to replace your medication.This is the last time.These are some of the rudest people,I have ever encountered in a doctor office.I am done with this office.If you want proper treatment and be treated with respect,don’t go to any of these offices.

Dr. Atiga is great and so is the staff. But the true bright light in this office is the Medical Assistant, Lorinda!! She is the best - SO knowledgeable and wonderful with the kiddos!!
