Ive had great experiences at both offices Menifee and Temecula. The staff has always been great to me. Dr. Holzer has been beyond amazing I recommend her so much I actually make sure my insurance always covers her. Ive been through half a dozen primaries and shes definitely the best of the best.

I moved to Menifee from the Hemet area at the end of 2019. Due to the pandemic I have not been to the doctor since before I moved. I had my first appointment with Dr. Holzer a couple of weeks ago. The office is modern and comfortable. The staff is following all Covid19 protocols so I felt safe and cared for. Dr. Holzer was terrific She spoke to me as if she had all the time in the world to listen to my concerns and discuss her recommendations. I havent met a more understanding and compassionate doctor in decades Ive shared her contact info with my whole family.

Id give 0 stars if it were possible. This review is not about Dr. Holzer but the office personnel which unfortunately reflects on her. I have only seen her 1 time since moving to California in November 2018. Like most of the PCP offices in CA you only get to see the PAs. Was given an appointment to see one of the PAs last Friday morning. I babysit my grandchildren and had to have their mother take the day off to accommodate my appointment. I arrive for my appointment and they didnt have me scheduled. And would not help me by at least trying to fit me in Terrible in lieu of the fact that it was their scheduler who made the mistake. The previous reviewers of Dr. Nuyen her associate were right. Their office just doesnt care about their patients.

We have had several Primary Care Physicians since living in Wildomar and Sun City and have had very bad luck up until now. It seems the previous physicians would begrudgingly give you their 10 minutes of service and not listen to your questions or needs. There has been a real lack of interest and the office personnel seem to think we are intruding on their time. FINALLY WE FOUND A WONDERFUL OFFICE AND DOCTOR to be our Primary Care doctor. Her name is LAURA HOLZER MD. SHE IS IN THE OFFICE OF BRIAN NGUYEN AND CHRISTINE NGUYEN MDs. We could not be more pleased. She is patient considerate listens asks questions and truly seems to care. She even personally call to give us the results of our tests. That was a new concept because previous doctors had their receptionists call with the results. The office personnel are professional and courteous. I almost hesitate to write this as she may become to busy with new patients who need a GREAT doctor.
