I have been bringing my adult daughter, who has Down syndrome, here for about a year. She loves coming here. The staff is absolutely wonderful! From the front desk, medical assistants, and doctors, everyone is so nice and respectful. They do everything to accommodate us at each appointment. If they run late, they will communicate that to us so we know what to expect. Dr Maxwell, PA, is patient and thorough with each visit. I (we) highly recommend this Medical Clinic.

Dr. Lopez and Dr. Gerdick are great! I'd give them a 5 if they could only answer calls quicker and less hold times. They should have a call back system instead of having to wait so long. Scheduling online is so much easier.

If I could give no stars I would. I scheduled an appointment and still waiting in the lobby for over an hour came in for chest pains the doctor only made it worse by gouging her fingers into my lungs I was given no medical advice no inhaler no nothing for chest pain and wheezing. If you want to live do not go here. After spending 2 plus hours there I'm no on my way to the emergency room because I can't breath and my chest is in so much pain. Only thing they did was make everything way worse only go to this torture facility if you want to worsen your symptoms

All done properly and I was out of there and back home before noon. The courteous staff made the experience comfortable n pleasant......

I tried twice to get my booster shot at this location... my <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Fturn.gov&amp;s=c50812fc1ba9b7f4d013508a67d7875bda2c3fe5e440ced24850b3f83002a58b" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">turn.gov</a> website said they take walk-ins &amp; are open Mondays at 1:00pm to 4:15pm. First attempt, they said they do not take walk-ins, so I make an appointment for the following Monday @ 1:00pm. Second attempt, they said they have never done vaccines on Mondays even though I have an email confirmation stating that I do in fact have an appointment. I ended up going to VIP PHARMACY in Perris &amp; I was pleasantly in and out of there in 20 minutes.

Love the receptionists and Dr. Sandhu is the best of the best he takes his time and cares about his patients.

This place is PITIFUL. You'd think a place that has doctors, physicians, nurses, assistants would be able to answer a phone call and send a damn email. Not these incompetents though! No matter what time of day you call they are always busy and you're on hold for 20 minutes. And when they do pick up, they never solve your problem outside of appointments. If you want to speak to ANYONE directly, or even get your lab order (like I needed to) they leave a message that NEVER gets read!!! Im LIVID with these fools. After I get my lab order, I'm changing providers. I never want to deal with these morons EVER AGAIN . 0 stars!!!!!

First time patient and never going back again! Had my appointment at 10:00 am and didn't get seen till 11:20am. Doctor was not helpful and questioned my reasoning for being there after I clearly told her what I was there for. She asked if I was sure and then made me feel guilty for what had happened. Nurses are so serious and not welcoming. Never recommending this place!

They are the worst at getting and processing your referrals. They lose the requests sent to them by the specialists and you can never get them on the phone to correct it. I have to drive to there office whenever I have a problem with there referral system which is every time. I love the doctors here but the referral faxes are sent to some out of state location and never seem to get to the office.
