They are overbooked with patients and it is difficult to schedule an appt within a month. I waited for 20-30 min on the phone just to speak with someone to schedule an appt. Staff is nice and no issues with the providers but don’t hold your breath for referrals or appts

I’ve been with Dr. Gutierrez at Rancho Family for several years now. He continues to provide exceptional care and takes the time to listen and understand my health concerns. One of my favorite things about him is his sincerity in wanting to meet the needs of me as his patient no matter how complex or simplistic. I don’t ever feel like it’s just a job for him. He is someone who truly cares. If you are looking for a physician who is intelligent, personable, and solution oriented you’ll LOVE this doctor. Battling a chronic medical condition is challenging enough…who wants to deal with needless drama over lab tests, prescription refills, referrals, ER/hosp follow-up appointments, and of course, all the endless forms employers are demanding these days. You won’t find any of these issues with this MD and his staff. Selina, his medical assistant is fantastic. No miscommunication whatsoever with her. If there’s something needed she works diligently to get the matter resolved. A special thanks goes out to those in the back office who I’ve talked with over the phone. Your kindness and compassion makes me feel valued and appreciated as a patient. I can’t recommend Dr. Rolando Gutierrez and his team high enough. Five stars all the way!

Dr Akladeos is awesome! She is caring, knowledgeable and empathetic.

Awful!!! I have been waiting months for my medication and they never send in my prescription. Front desk is never any help. I have Dr.Madrid and never once have I seen or spoken to him. They push me off to other doctors. They also never answer there phones.

Urgent care is a joke. See a doctor and never hear back from her. She told me I had an ear infection, but wanted to get a chest Xray to make sure I didn't have any chest/lung infections before giving me antibiotics. I completed the Xray then never heard back. It has now been 10 days and no follow-up phone call. I have called twice asking to speak to this P.A. and she never called back. Now I have been on hold for ten minutes trying to speak to a medical director. Front office doesn't seem to know what to do.

Dr. Madrid is my Primary Care Doctor and I am extremely impressed with his professionalism and genuine care he has for his patients. I have sent messages on My Chart and receive an answer back almost immediately or the same day. His staff is very warm and friendly, they make you feel very important. The most important quality Dr. Madrid has, he listens to my concerns and addresses any questions I may have. I never feel rushed or like my problems are not important. He reads my chart prior to seeing me, listens to me and then gives me a treatment plan to solve my problem. He responds with confidence and I totally trust his medical advice. He is a one in a million Dr. and I am so thankful to have him on my side. His staff has the same qualities of listening and care for their patients.

Dr. Nermeen Akladeos’s and her staff were very competent and compassionate. Dr. Akladeos gave me an excellent physical exam with follow up tests to be completed before my next appointment with her. It was a pleasant experience for me from the time I entered Rancho Family Medical Group in Menifee until I left.

As a new patient, I was attempting to make an appointment when I was hung up on after being asked my name. I immediately called right back assuming there was an unfortunate error but was left on hold for over 7 minutes when finally someone answered only to not say a word and place me on hold again. I will look for services elsewhere if this is what I can expect.

Dr Nermeen Akladeos was very professional and I would request her again. Her staff were excellent and a credit to Rancho Medical.

Very nice staff. Doc is thorough. Great place to have your family, primary provider. Located in south shopping center of Newport and 215, west side of intersection.
