My mom has her primary here and they’ve been nothing but great ! Anytime we have a concern they contact her doctor promptly and we get the matter resolved within a reasonable time . They also use MyChart which is very beneficial .

Please make sure you don’t get sick or need the doctor to provide you with your insulin prescription because you won’t get it. It has been weeks since my husband had an appointment regarding his insulin running out and they don’t send it to the pharmacy. I’ve called 7 times over the last 4 weeks trying to get someone to send it and they keep telling me it has been sent and is not true. When you call you are placed in hold for about 20 minutes (wait time) then all they tell me is “I’ll send a message to the Doctor” nothing gets resolved and my husband is running out of insulin and I am running out of patience with them.

Rude front office person. Snapped at me when I asked a question which she had no answer for. Other staff, although patronizing, where very nice. I usually go to a different office, but for some unknown reason they sent me to this one.

Saw PA Johnson and she's great. She took over my case from a doctor who left another office and i appreciate the job she's done so far. She's went above and beyond my previous doctor and always hears me out on my issues. Also able to message her and hear back In a timely manner which again is greatly appreciated. I recommend this office.

My first visit to who is probably my new primary care physician. Everything was okay, but not as comfortable as it might have been. I felt a little rushed, but then I do like to talk a lot in these situations. Perhaps we just need to get to know one another.
