Terrible experience here with Dr. Carri A Jones and her staff - I had to wait for 1 hr and 30 min, yes over an hour, and she still didn’t show up. I had to leave and did not make another appointment with her. According to her staff, it's the usual wait time here. Very disrespectful of people’s time. BTW, if you are a new patient good luck with getting hold of someone to make an appointment, I would rather go somewhere else.

Very disappointed with this Doctor. It took 5 days of phone calls just to talk to someone about an appointment. I was put in a private waiting room and was there for 2 hours before the Doctor came in for about 5 minutes. I was very clear on the phone why I had made the appointment. I had been home bound in my bed for 5 months before this appointment. I had in Home Care for months because of an injury to my Ribs over my heart. I have RSD/CRPS and have been in a Power Wheelchair for 14 years.

Dr Jones is an exceptional doctor who listens, asks the right questions and thoroughly diagnoses the causes of acute & long-term pain. I trust her completely and appreciate her medical expertise in handling my care.

Dr. Jones was Amazing In treating my Husband's Sciatic nerve due to slip disc , he was in an excruciating disabling pain when he saw her , she was so companionate and caring , and was able to negotiate with the insurance to get the approval on the spot for treatment , I would definitely recommend her to everyone who is seeking a treatment

I really dont know how good or bad this doctor is, but the office is a mess . I called to get into to see this doctor, but they wanted all my medical records first. So, I had my old doctor fax them. Then I waited and called. I left 3 messages over next 2 weeks. Finally, I talked to the doctors assistant today. She said they never received my records and wasn't willing to look for the 32 pgs and wanted me to start over again. I will, instead, look for another doctor. This office seems mismanaged.
