Dr. Divya Railan's Online Review Report Card

I've seen Dr. Railan for several years now and she is always professional and careful. I appreciate that she puts safety first. I had made an appointment for Botox and Laser and she advised that I wait until fall for laser in case I had sun exposure. Many places would have done it anyway and risked leaving marks on my skin.

I have been a patient of Dr. Railan's for 10 years. Dr. Railan is very kind, compassionate and professional. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and discuss all options for my care. The staff at Dr. Railan's office are knowledgeable and efficient. Appointments have always been on time. I would highly recommend Dr. Railan.

Dr. Railan is a fantastic dermatologist - she’s thorough, patient and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in great hands with her because she is so meticulous in her work. The office is very easy to reach and her staff is always kind and helpful. I can’t recommend her enough!

Dr. Railan and her staff think of everything. From bottled water, the music, WiFi, magazines, tv station …options to occupy during your visit. To email and text reminders. Been having skin Check ups every 6 months for skin cancer for the past 20 years, I drive an hour out of my way to go to her rather than someone closer. She keeps a close eye on things: measures, photographs, documents my suspicions looking moles, biopsy when needed. I scar easily, so she takes extreme care when taking tissue samples. Melanoma doesn’t stand a chance in her care. She personally recommends skin care products for your skin, and has an auto-ship available service do you don’t run out. She has all the latest machines and is a laser expert (I’m sure there’s medical term for it). I would trust her implicitly —for any type of procedure. Integrity and her patients come first.

i think this office is fine if you're looking for an aesthetician or want less wrinkles. The doctor was not able to properly diagnose my daughters rash. She constantly tries to sell things, regardless of if they help. We are stunned by the across the board 5 star reviews all throughout the internet. She was keenly interested in selling us anything, she rattled off products and services she sells, none of which we needed. We went to a more medically inclined and up to date doctor who focuses on actual medicine. It's awful how easy Google makes it to buy reviews, and businesses and doctors often give incentives to leave inauthentic glowing 5 star reviews.

Dr Railan is the most knowledgeable and capable dermatologist I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. This is a concierge level experience wth ample time for questions and advice. Finally, there is genuine human caring at the root of her practice. It underlies every treatment and interaction. I drive over an hour to see her and would gladly drive two.
