Entre Nous Aesthetics's Online Review Report Card

Very disappointing experience at Entre Nous. They changed their pricing in the middle of treatment sessions, raising to an extraordinary cost. Their laser treatments were not successful and they do not stand behind their treatments. This is a money making spa that I would not recommend.

I consulted for acne scar removal here and at a board certified dermatologist. Here they were a little prickly when I asked about qualifications, and the specialist does have a high degree in nursing. However, their recommendations were completely wrong when compared to the dermatologist, and the dermatologist can prescribe medicine too. I was shocked at how much it would've been a painful, bad move to go here, even if the procedures were handled well. Probably it's fine for other services.

I have had numerous excellent experiences here, especially with Kirsten. She is professional, a perfectionist and makes sure her client gets the best treatment possible. I have had Em sculpt and Cool sculpt sessions with her and was very pleased with the results and especially pleased how she explained the process and made me very comfortable and expect to have more only with Kirsten. People at desk are great every time I’ve been there which is numerous.

I love this place and let me tell you, I have been to literally every med-spa in the MP-PA area. Katie is so sweet and genuine and has done a great job with my Botox and filler! Office staff is always friendly and on top of everything. Highly recommend!

I am writing this review to applaud Kirsten. She has done numerous procedures including Cool Sculpt on me and takes great care to make me 100% comfortable and because of her knowledge I had great results. Will continue visits due to Kirsten. Kudos to the front desk people for always being friendly and helpful.

I couldn't possibly be happier with the Botox and filler I received from Amber with assistance from Anna at Entre Nous! They are the best aestheticians I've ever met! Amber took her time to ensure that every place she put Botox and filler was perfect. I am 39 and have had both products done before at another place and it was hurried and I couldn't even tell they had done anything. That is not the case with Amber at Entre Nous!! I feel 20 years younger and my skin has never looked better! She does not overdo it and kept me looking natural, just enhanced and smoother! I love my lips as well! They are just perfect! I will definitely be returning! They do not pressure you into getting anything you don't want and do not try to oversell you on anything! They are offering new patients half off their first visit of Botox, filler and anything else you'd like so now is the time to go let Amber and Anna treat you like royalty and have you looking incredible! They ensure you are properly numbed for the lip injections as well and use a vibrating tool on your face to take your mind off the sticks! Everyone at Entre Nous was a true joy to work with! No one was snooty. In fact, they were the exact opposite! Lynn, the patient coordinator, is just precious and so kind and helpful! She is warm, thoughtful and a true pleasure to work with! My experience at Entre Nous was phenomenal. The staff was warm and welcoming and even offered a cup of coffee. JR and Caity made me feel right at home. I left feeling better than ever. 10/10 recommend!

Lynn, the Client Care Coordinator, was very knowledgeable about the procedure and was able to answer any questions that I had. Anna's professional and calm demeanor was exactly what I needed. Caity was equally as wonderful! She did a great job and also talked me through the process. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Lynn and Caity both followed up with me to make sure I was doing ok. It was a great experience and I am very happy with my results.

Virginie and Caity are amazing Virginie's facials and service are stand out above any others in the bay area Caity is so amazing extremely talented and knowledgeable The entire staff is amazing!!! Friendly front desk hands down the best !! Couldn't recommend more

I called. No one picked up. I called again. No one picked up! I had a simple question to ask about a treatment. I emailed, it's been over a week and no one has responded! I would not recommend this place at all. Terrible customer service and bad communication! Yuck! Yuck! I will definitely be going elsewhere.
