I am sorry to say that the doctor and her team doesn't deserve a rating. Their service is pathetic and incompetent. It is unfortunate to see such an unprofessional service she and her team provides for the amount she charges us. Communication is extremely slow and sometimes tests our patience. They don't seem to really understand our problem and needs. They make the patients wait until the appointment time is over and call to say some childish reasons.I think they CANNOT be TRUSTED.

Dr Jun was fantastic, she made sure that my husband and I were always apart of the process and understood the process. She always listened to my concerns and would make sure that we chose the right path/ process for us. The nurses and front office staff were extremely nice and I will never forget how compassionate they were during my procedures. Some nurses would always greet me with a hug, and if you know anything about the IVF journey, that compassion can go a long way. Dr. Jun suggested tests that identified issues that were not previously identified, which is a testament to her expertise in fertility. She was supportive throughout the process and we are so lucky to have her and the State of the Art Lab. I did all tests there which was quite nice (no need to go to different places). They accommodated morning appointments, which was important for my work schedule. I also can't say enough good things about the in-house surgery center for my egg retrievals, they treated me always like

CCRM menlo park is a chaotic mess. Totally unprofessional. 1.The nurses keep saying different things . They keep re-assigning different nurses.. New trainees are employed who are not knowledgeable 2. Doctors are alwz busy, they neither meet after initial consult (paperwork) nor respond via phone or email directly 3. Taking an appointment is a big pain. Phone keeps going to the Central customer care saying local nurse will call. They call 2,3 days later. 4. Even while undergoing treatment they are not concerned. The ultrasound tech.is very poorly trained. One of them was not able to see any eggs during stimulation phase mid 5.The prescriptions were messed up .They even delayed sending the prescription to be sent on time to pharmacy. It delayed d procedure. 6. One thing to note is they keep pushing for uterus/ovarian surgery etc & convince for more ivf cycles if they feel you have more money and are desperate to have a child. Dr. Jun was my third REI and the only one to uncover that I had endometriosis, which ended up being why I was unable to get pregnant for 4 years. She is extremely thorough, precise, and discusses all options with their patients; no matter how long it takes. For the first time in my IVF journey, I felt empowered in the IVF process. I am forever grateful to have come across her and cannot recommend her enough.

What a nice doctor! She was very calm and patient with me. Explained to me clearly my options. I got pregnant with my second thanks to her!!

There was something about Dr. Jun that was a little off for me. I had seen her a few times and each time she made me feel as if I was wasting her time. She would just sit there quietly, robotically answering each question but looking extremely bored. I know I asked her a lot of questions, but when you're going thru infertility, who doesn't? It was awkward enough to the point where I felt bad/embarrassed to be there. Very uncomfortable. She called me once on the phone too, and also sounded bored, even a little impatient.The clinic where I ended up switching to has THE most patient staff and nurses -- a basic service that should be provided to people who are going through the tough journey that is infertility.

Her diagnosis was accurate, pinpoint my problem and performed a painless surgery. I was so scare before the surgery, but she calm me down, and went through the entire process with me like my family. She is the sweetest doctor I have ever met.

Dr. Jun was very kind and patient with me. I had a very personal problem and she did not judge me but made me feel very comfortable to open up to her and talk about it. She spent a lot of her time talking to me which I very much appreciated.

I had one of the best experiences ever. Dr. Jun is very sweet and pleasant. She made me comfortable throughout my entire care. Her surgical skills are amazing. It didn't even feel like I had surgery afterwards. I am so happy with my care and very thankful to the staff as well.

After seeing 5 different docs, Dr. Jun pinpoint my problem and was accurate in her diagnosis. She took the time to explain to me about my problem, calm me down, ease my anxiety and follow up with me afterward.
