These guys are absolutely ridiculous, I they set up my appointment like normal but did they set it up to where my appointment was on the day were the orthodontist wasn’t there, this set my appointments back a whole month, keep in mind I make my payments on time everytime and it’s almost like they are trying to extend my payment plan this is absolute stupidity. I will be talking to the manager soon I am very disappointed, they can’t even update there hours on the website🤦‍♂️

Absolutely kind, prompt, and patient team. My son is autistic and they worked with us the whole time, being patient and friendly. They were not pushy or rude, respected my son’s boundaries and didn’t make him uncomfortable. Today was a big win for us thank you to everyone who helped, it’s our first time in a dental chair in over three years! 🫶🏼

We’ve had such a great experience with this children’s dental office. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient, which makes visits quick and stress-free. They are so gentle with the kids, always using a calm, friendly tone that really helps them feel comfortable. The front desk staff is just as wonderful—there’s always a sticker, toy, or little treat waiting, which makes my child excited to come back instead of nervous. It’s clear they truly care about making visits a positive experience for kids. Highly recommend!

El trato hacia los niños es espectacular son muy atentos, mi niño tiene 3 años y no hubo nisiquiera una sola lagrima 😍

The office should be more clean always looks dirty and smelly. I would like if the dentist doesn't take to long to see the patient because they are kids and kids don't have a lot of patience.

La cita fue muy buena en especial por que el doctor habla español y eso ayudó q que yo pudiera comprender todas la introducción en mi idioma y definitivamente sei recomendaría a mis amigos

Not happy with the front desk and taking 4 hours for an appointment we had to fix a bracket and u can never get an appointment

Do not go get your braces here they never have appointments and the dentist that does the braces is only there 4 times a month and they only see you every 2 months horrible experience wish I was not in a contract because I would take my money elsewhere

Went in for Orthodontic evaluation. When I asked the orthodontist if there were food restrictions for the palate expander he said no. I mentioned my son likes to eat gummies and he said he'd never heard of them and are they sticky. Then he told his assistant to note in the file that my son likes gummies and that's more important than his teeth. Then later the assistant gave us our quote I said if have to speak with his father to see if we'd be able to do it financially. She pointed out that Friday was the last day for the special financing and then told me that corporate can decide to discontinue early and if I didn't decide now I could lose my chance and would have to pay more. She also told me insurance doesn't cover phase 1.

If you come here and you don’t like appointment availability’ you will not be able to cancel. It is hell to get out of. If you are not able to make it to your appointment, it will take another two months to get an orthopedist appointment because they are not there that often . It is horrible. Please be aware of this before you sign a contract with them. They will give you the runaround. There are no appointments after school. They will tell You that they book every Other month because it moves the teeth too fast to book once a month, but I have had braces and my husband has had, braces in San Jose And both of our teeth are fine with once a month appointments. I have made my payments on time every single month, even though my son has not been there for over a year and a half and they will not cancel. It has been a problem every time I call they have a phone answering company that is not at the location so I have to take off of the work to go over there to talk with someone this is horrible. They have multiple people at the front desk, but they do not answer the phone at front desk or answer incoming calls, it’s an answering service off site. To get answers you have to go in physically. When you get there, so many people are waiting and the appointments take very very long to get seen it is horrible. There are better dentist out there. Please look around before you commit to them.
