The staff is terrible & very rude for no apparent reason. You work at a pediatric office. Not the dmv. Get rid of those girls & maybe respectful adults who know how to answer the phone & schedule appointments correctly.
We've taken our daughter multiple times with no issues. Has gotten the care she needed.
The office staff needs to get it together. It seems like our scheduled appointments mean nothing to them. They move our appointments every time and its not ok. They seriously need training.
The staff at this office are consistently rude and regularly reschedule our appointments a month out (when we had an already scheduled appointment) citing that they are "overbooked." Amazing how they can bump back people who already have a long-standing appointment. I think we will be looking for a new pediatric office.
Dr. Clark is very patient, thorough, and honesty cares for his patients. My newborn(1 day old) needed more care than the hospital in Merced could provide. He immediately sent for a transport team from Valley Children's hospital. She was admitted for 5 days and Dr. Clark continued to make sure she was improving. After her release from Valley Children's he saw her the next day with no appointment. Dr. Clark has always been available to us, and is extremely kind and has been exceptional. I would 100% recommend him.
The staff is very nice and my son has been in Dr. Clark’s care since he was born so I highly recommend coming here. I feel my child is very well taken care of ❤️.
Hello Mr Clark, We have an appointment card written and given to us on March 27th, at or about 10:30 am that shows my baby would have the next appointment on June 2nd at 2 pm which is today. We were not called yesterday to confirm the appointment. This morning my wife called to make sure the appointment is available since we were expecting to take our kid for his regular check . The response she got was shocking . There was no appointment done in their system. The soonest she offered to my wife was Aug 5. Now, we have to find another doctor for my baby . What happened was unacceptable. I don’t have any complaints about the doctor’s practice, but the office management is a huge problem. Notes to the doctor: 1. Reach out to us and apologize in person . No matter who makes the mistake, this is your practice and you’re responsible for what’s going on. Promise us that you will address this issue. Give us an appointment ASAP to show how serious you are . 2. Find the person who wrote appointment card on March 27, ask her what happened so that you can get the root cause of the problem . 3. Depending on what you learn , take the appropriate action. Fix the process and make sure this doesn’t happen to any other families . We are working people, taking our days off for appointments. This kind of schedule issues are a huge burden on us . 4. Lastly, definitely not a threat , but I’ll make sure to file a complaint with the state , the BBB, and any other authority who may have any control over this if we are not fully convinced that this is being addressed. I’ll get a reply sooner or later , but how I’m gonna get it is definitely your choice. Respectfully.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
