Dr. Mous is a good and patient doctor. His office staff leaves much to be desired. They do not follow through and create much stress in trying to care for my mother. They are slow and inconsistent with information. They are no help at all. I wish Dr. Mous had better staff.

This Doctor's PA, Michael Courtney, was not a problem solver. Acted as if I was trying to get schedule 1 drugs from him to reduce my knee pain and inflammation. No help, and cost me a day of work and a $250 charge for doing NOTHING. Another physician corrected the problem with a very low risk anti-inflammatory shot in each knee. Don't waste your time. He would not even look at my chart which I could have pulled up on my phone. Said it was not his job. POS

So disappointed in the staff I am going through something medically that I don't think anyone could understand but besides Bernice and Abbey and my Dr. Who is awesome by the way , no one else has cared or even pretended to care , I applied while in the hospital for disability per my doctor and it has taken over 23 days for it to be even looked at Veronica the medical assistant has ignored my calls , put me aside and avoided me at all cost , mean while my family and I starve because she refuses to click a button, I am hurt , upset and dissatisfied , I am a resident of merced and I work professionally in this community and myself am in the service business and myself and co workers would never treat anyone like this !!!
