They need to hire some sanitation cleaners

Great, Friendly and awesome people!

Very unprofessional! My first appointment was with Dr. Alireza Mahmoudieh through tele health he was more concerned about how much my surgery cost had nothing to do with my concern of blood results. My second and third appointment the receptionists cancelled my appointment without telling me. I drove 47 miles and their excuse was I did not do my blood work when in fact I did. I have the Quest app and was looking at my results. The two girls working in the front had the nerve to lie told me they called and left a message for the cancellation the only call I got was a reminder call for my appointment from a machine. I am not going back to waste my time again looking for another specialist. Does not deserve any stars !

I’m editing this review they have since had a great turn over in staff that are uneducated or undereducated , uncaring , do yourself a favor go to Somewhere is I’m going to a top notch cancer center treatment facility . The new staff are rude and uncaring .,

Apparently appointment times mean nothing to this place. Be prepared to wait 2 hours in the waiting room and then another 45 minutes when you get called back to a room. 3 hours of waiting for 10 minutes of face time with the doctor. It isn't right. Absolutely no respect for patients time.

Dr. M put me on acutane and it’s been going so good! Very knowledgeable about acne and different options to help me. So glad I got a referral for his office. The staff is amazing and the assistant Maite is so sweet and patient she needs a raise! 💜

If I could pick one word to describe Dr. Mahmoudieh and his staff, it would be “visionary.” It takes compassion, energy and a huge financial investment to bring all of the necessary equipment and professionals to one place so that the patient doesn’t have to travel, and that’s what Dr. M has done. For me, that meant savings in time, money and stress so that instead of wearing myself out being on the road, I could actually rest and do things I wanted while I was at home. When I first came to them, I had a large tumor and a very aggressive form of cancer. They took it seriously and wasted no time. There was a lot of testing that had to be done at the beginning, and the referral process was amazing! Within days, all of my diagnostics were set up and in less than 2 weeks, I received a call from their Stanford associate who had designed my chemo plan. He reviewed everything with me and I was able to ask him questions before the first treatment. Even though I had a less than ideal payment situation when I started, everyone at the office was very kind and went the extra mile to work with me and make sure I got all the care I should. Like other reviewers have said, the chemo team is so positive and super careful about what they are doing, and have been absolutely key to my healing. I am very thankful for those ladies and the way they celebrate each person’s progress! I was also able to do my follow up injections, radiation treatments and CT scans there and felt like all the technicians really make an effort to be gentle and caring. Also, at every chemo clearance and checkup, Dr. M asks a lot of questions to make sure I am doing OK, so I have felt like he has monitored for possible complications really well. I also feel free to ask my own questions. No office can be perfect, so if I feel something may have been overlooked, I ask. I love that they are patient centered and are always finding ways to improve what they do and how they work together. I seriously thank God for the care I have received there, and hope they will continue to develop the vision because they are offering something Merced really needs!

Sometimes there’s a wait but the quality care you receive is worth it. Friendly staff.

It's like having a party the nurses Rock I love my nurses they are beautiful and kind and very good at what they do. Danika, Cynthia, Valerie ,Lexi, Kristy , Blanca, Dr.M and the whole staff , I fully trust them with my veins and they give me alot of love and support here they really care as well as my doctor and the whole staff God bless you and thank you for taking good care of me

The ladies in the infusion team are all so friendly and professional! They make the time go by quickly.
