List of Malik Baz's Reviews
extremely unprofessional. Worst service of my life. Possibly even worse than western dental service. I was speaking to someone in billing who was demeaning and minimizing my issues. The manager was standoffish and didn't relay information to her employees well. On top of that, there are better services like curex that off better pricing. Doctors seem to do minimal work in appointments. The only great thing is the short time for allergen shots.
I’ve never had such exasperating conversations with a doctor as I have with Baz Allergy. My 12 year old som has Autism and is unable to communicate any medical concerns. Dr. Baz has repeatedly started conversations with me in the most confrontational way, said he “doesn’t care about court orders”, refuses to allow me to schedule an appointment (but will allow my son’s mother to do so), doesn’t let me speak, refuses to look over previous doctor’s findings that contradict his, states that he doesn’t need any of my input as a 50% custody holder to prescribe medications to my son, and has hung up on me twice. I’ve never met him in person. My son is now up to 16 prescribed medications without Dr. Baz having enough information to prescribe a single medication. Dr. Baz’s actions jeopardize my son’s health which he is sworn to protect. If this is how he routinely treats his patients and those with special needs, you should be concerned about trusting him with your health.

Absolutely disapointing that Baz Allergy does not seem to care about the patient. My daughter is litteratly allergic to everything. She was going just 6 months shy of 3 years. We went every week, she got 2 shots, and her follow up appointments every 3 months. We never missed anything. Well We were out of town she missed 1 appointmet and they would not see her again. They would not take another referral, litteratly kicked her out completely. She can never see another Baz Allergists for that 1 appointment missed. We have been to some great Doctors. Not one of them would have ever a treated a patient the way they treated my teenage daughter. Hugely disapointing knowing you have a kid allergic to everything and the help was not there. I would not recomend them EVER!
Do they know what they're doing? My answer is yes considering that they specialize in allergies and asthma and know more than my PCP. My family has improved health wise getting treatment here. The reason for the two star rating, is their lack of customer service. The front desk staff, and even some of the providers we've encountered have been some of the rudest and most unpleasant experiences that I've had with the medical industry. Several of my interactions with the staff and providers left me feeling upset. They speak to you very pleasantly with condescending, and petty undertones. Treating me like I'm dumb or incompetent. Making myself and my family feel like our concerns do not matter. I especially feel the front desk staff is where I'm constantly having to advocate for myself and my family. It shouldn't be like this. Can't this place hire better people who actually want to help others or care about patients? A little empathy goes a long way. Especially with people with disabilities. Not all of their staff is like this. There have been a few positive encounters with the front desk, but are overall rare.
Dr. Baz and his staff were great. They took the time to answers my questions and were kind, funny and compassionate. I highly recommend them!
Recently went here for the first time. The staff was courteous, professional, and attentive. Dr. Gorji was very understanding and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend this office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
