Sage Acupuncture & Holistic Medicine's Online Review Report Card

I had never had any acupuncture or cupping treatments prior to coming to Sage so I had no idea what to expect. I still don't fully understand the "science" behind it, but I am now fully a believer in its effectiveness as a treatment. I came to Sage with concerns about my immune system being constantly down, chronic sinus congestion, and fertility issues. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for 6-7 months up until then, and after a total of 7 acupuncture treatments (over the course of 2 months), we finally conceived. Obviously it's difficult to say how much of an influence the treatments had, but what I can say with certainty is that I noticed a difference in my cycles after the first two treatments. I also felt like it did wonders for my stress levels which were high when I began treatment. That one hour that I would spend on the table was sometimes the most relaxing and meditative hour of my week. Dr. Ingle does everything in her power to ensure you are warm and comfortable during treatment. The cupping worked wonders for my chronic back and neck pain, and I felt sinus/congestion relief almost as soon as Dr. Ingle put those points in. Ultimately, I experienced fewer days of illness, despite having a toddler in daycare. Dr. Ingle's energy is calm and soothing; she is perfect for the job. And she's very professional and "by the book"; the type of person I trust to do things properly. I highly recommend giving Sage and acupuncture a try if you have any pain or chronic issues, or even fertility issues. You will likely benefit in multiple ways, some of them unexpected!

I am very pleased with the treatment Hanna has provided me. Office and treatment rooms are very clean always, she is prompt to treatment. Most importantly, she has helped me very much with my pain. My pain is all gone. I sleep well at night thanks to her treatment.

I received cupping and a treatment for my stress and also headache. It's amazing how well I felt when I left her office she was very pleasant and gentle.
