The office was clean, and the staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable. The doctor was kind, patient, and really took her time with you. I would definitely recommend this facility for any dermatology problems!

Very bad staff, we had an apt schedule for a procedure. When we arrived they told us they had to reschedule because of an authorization issue. Something they should have done beforehand. We travel out of town and the least they could have find was do their job ahead of time before apt date to reschedule us. Then they seemed bothered to have to do their dam job! We had to leave and they did nothing to solve the problem.

It's always been a good experience. Waiting room is clean, and I never have had to be there long, because they stay on schedule. Everyone there is professional and nice, and my procedures have been effective and fairly painless.

Very nice people. But the Doctor who was going to remove my cancer cancelled my appt and went to Modesto and there is no way for me to get there. They were supposed to find me another Dr and they still haven't called me back.
