Centerpoint Health Medical's Online Review Report Card

In April 6 2022 I have an apoiment with MD Meaghan F. Ebertino . I receive a bad service, 1st they call an interpreter that I didn’t ask for it, I never used , didn’t know if they charge me for that( Iam Medicare government plan) when the nurse come she didn’t take my vitals, when the doctor saw me , I told her that I go to emergency twice because my elbow( lateral epicondylitys of elbow) and I have a lot of pain uncontrolled and the doctor Meaghan don’t give me nothing for the pain, she only give me a refer to see an orthopedic and the apoiment is for 22 of this month. An my pain is to hard that I got to go to emergency yesterday (4-11-2022). My expirience was very disappointed, she pretended to be 21 days without medicine till the next apoiment to see the orthopedic, what kind of service is that???

Love this doctor's office. They have a variety of services primary care dental women's health mental health and chemical dependency services. A one stop shop for all your medical needs. Very help friendly and attentive

The nurses and doctors are all very nice and accommodating. However, scheduling is a nightmare, as is getting a hold of anyone in the office. When I told them I was pregnant, not only did I have to schedule my appointment a month out, but when I got to my appointment, I was told it was a televisit. For a PREGNANCY? But wait, it gets better: my televisit was with a woman who no longer works there anymore. They told me I had to reschedule, and that it would take another month. Needless to say, I found someone else. This is not an isolated incident; they have canceled on me multiple times when I’ve had a very sick child and have scheduled me at a different location without notifying me first. I could go on, but you get the point. Seriously would not recommend; take your kids somewhere else.

Dr. Feldman is great, very thorough. Monica the nurse is always very kind. As far as getting in, they usually do that promptly but getting ahold of someone, it’s an absolute nightmare. I’ve ended up speaking to nurses in TN when calling and they’ve said things like a baby doesn’t need Tylenol until they have a fever of 102!? Called back and got a different nurse also from TN that said take baby to the emergency room. The doctor on call didn’t answer. Then they called back to say baby needed an appointment and when I went to return the call I got hung up on after an extended wait time. I called again only to be on hold for over 10 mins. I’ve had to call 3 & 4 times and leave messages in the pt portal for work notes when my child has been ill. I have not had a great experience here AT ALL. I would highly recommend taking your children somewhere else just because of how difficult it is to reach someone in the office.

Wait time is horrible!

I've been a patient here for over a year and I've actually had someone answer the phone maybe twice ever. Voicemails are never returned unless you know your therapists direct extension. Must be a carbon monoxide leak at reception

Been calling this place since this morning, not showing I’ve called 4 time while writing this message. I understand is a medical office they get busy. But all day come on !!! Calling about COVID results is something serious when an infant become involved! But they seem not to care!!! When they finally answer the phone, they were just laughing and hanged up! Like are you serious now!! Worst place ever!

So impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, punctuality, and great "bedside manner" at the Middletown office. Both my telehealth visit and in-person visit were well done and running on time. I highly recommend this office, and I've heard good things about the Franklin location as well.

Love this place & Love my OB/GYN and kids pediatrician.
