I went in as a follow-up to an urgent care visit from pelvic pain that was much more intense than usual. He gave me an internal exam for maybe 5 minutes and said everything looks and feels fine, so he wouldn't follow up with a sonogram. I expressed my concerns of Endometriosis and he gave me inaccurate information. Whole ordeal was not worth my 40$ copay and he brushed off all the pain I have been experiencing because my birth control should be "suppressing all of it."Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time at Crystal Run, this hasn't been my first encounter with a Dr that seemingly doesn't care within this medical group.

He dismissed my pain about my endometriosis. He looked at bruises I had on my arm from blood work ,I am not a drug addict but he treated me like one .I am going to the CEO of crystal run Gynecologists and will be submitting a complaint .Possible lawsuit I am inquiring about

Wish I could give him no star. The worst Dr he brushed me off and told me I am fine only to end up in the hospital bleeding inside from my csection.

Dr. Chu is an amazing doctor, he followed me throughout my pregnancy and I was grateful that he was on call when I was in labor at ORMC, he is very thorough and makes sure all my questions are answered. I would definately recommend him to others looking for a great ob/gyn.
