List of Robert Varipapa's Reviews
My experience with Dr Varipapa was very good. He diagnosed my problem immediately and accurately. He immediately ordered extensive testing which proved his diagnosis to be exact and no more treatment necessary. I would definitely return to him for future services.
The front office and medical staff were extremely pleasant and professional.
He does not listen. All he wants to do is have your licenses taken away. Stay away from him.
Dr Varipapa is the most knowledgeable and considerate doctor. His office is very efficient and organized with state of the art equipment. the staff is friendly and very helpful. My diagnosis was spot on and I have nothing but confidence in this doctor.
Dr. Varipapa is absolutely horrible. I got bad vibes from him when I first met him. I went to him for my seizures. He didn't listen to anything my mom and I were saying. He was trying to say that because I black out during my seizures that I have fainting spells that cause my seizures because I'm a girl. He completely ignored the fact that epilepsy runs in my family. He was also saying that he would need to see a video recording of my seizures to be able to tell if I really have them, and wouldn't listen to my mom when she told him that they last no more than 5 seconds. Over all he is the worst doctor I ever went to and I completely believe he should have his license taken from him.
I agree Dr Varipapa seems detached and uninterested in helping his patients. I told him I could not take NSAIDS due to my stomach problem, but he gave them to me anyway. It took 4 days for my stomach and intestines to go back to normal. On my follow up visit he said you look good have a good summer. He seems to think that if you look ok you should feel ok. I told him how I look has nothing to do with how I feel. I recommend Dr. Penny, he's GREAT. He listens to his patients.
He seems uninterested in the patients. He has chosen to ignore 90% of my symptoms and chose to focus on 1 even after I explained it is not causing the worst or most frequent pain, after 1 MRI. I need a doctor who at least acknowledges symptoms more thoroughly before deciding on a diagnosis. Also I have experienced, and witnessed with other patients, a strong tendency with the doctor and their staff to disregard or discourage patients asking for more information about treatments & diagnoses.
Dr Varipapa is brilliant, accurately diagnosed me having cluster headaches found a solution helped me get my life back. The office is very busy because they're very good.
The staff was very nice. Dr. Varipapa was also understanding with my problem.
I developed a condition that had neuro side effects along with pain (RA). Had an abnormal MRI Brain which he ordered a slew of tests which did not resolve the abnormality nor identified it. Still has it. He has no problem ordering tests and MRI's even though there is no change. When I questioned why he basically said don't worry about it, last visit I had new side symptoms, he blew off my questions, said you look good have a good summer. I left there in tears. Staff was like nothing to cry abou

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
