List of Dignity Health-Gohealth Urgent Care's Reviews
The front desk staff is not welcoming at all. It would also be nice for them not to ask what’s wrong with you in front of the entire waiting room because some issues are private. I called multiple times to ask about a prescription I was supposed to get that they apparently never sent over. No answer so I finally decided to go in again and ask in person. When I did ask they made me feel bad for not coming in sooner. Unfortunately my schedule didn’t allow that because I work and I knew it would take them forever to attend me like always. I do have to say that their PA, Halsey, I believe was her name was super sweet and super helpful so she deserves 5 stars but my over all experience was not very pleasant.
I wish I could give zero stars. When I went in for the appointment the people at the front were on their phones talking and didn’t even acknowledge me until after 20 seconds I had to say something. After the appointment I was supposed to get a prescription sent over to a pharmacy but when getting there they didn’t have it. I called urgent care again and they said they would resend it. Now the next day I go into the pharmacy and they still don’t have it or any record of it. I just tried calling urgent care 6 times no one picked up. I really need the antibiotics or things could get really bad so now I have to go to the emergency room. I’m never coming back here again and I hope people read this review and decide to go somewhere else for their own sake.
My husband had an ear ache. Made an appointment on line for 11:10. We arrived early. Check in took about 15 minutes . Sat and waited for 1:45 minutes. Went to the examination room. Waited another 10 minutes only to be told to wait for the doctor. It is now 12:48. Still waiting. .
Heads up! They charge about 70% percent more than the national average for service. I got slapped with a $450 bill when the national average is $150 for an urgent care visit for treatment for a bacterial infection. They are in-network with my insurance provider. I’ve had multiple urgent care visits for this bacterial infection across the country and I’ve never had an urgent care charge more than $200 before insurance makes a payment. Their billing department is also saying they can’t send me an itemized bill with medical codes.Apparently this is common for Dignity Health. They’ve paid out a $37 million dollar lawsuit in 2014 and an additional $10 million this year for overcharging patients. If you want to be fairly charged for your care, go elsewhere.
the Covid testing system makes no sense. I called 4-5 times no one ever answered the phone. Online it says "walk-ins only". So we walked in and were aggressively told there were no appointments and walkins are not allowed. I told them the website says something very different and was told "we've told management already". It is hard to plan a trip requiring testing if you can't get a straight answer about how to get an appointment for a test or if its even needed.
Warning. Do not get covid testing here, go elsewhere. My wife received a false positive result from this clinic, possibly due to sample contamination from this poorly run facility.
Took my recently adopted daughter there with no one in the lobby on July 4th. I mention that she was recently adopted because, she is not yet enrolled through my insurance through the school I teach at. Once they saw her previous name (Hispanic) and saw that she had Medi-Cal, they mentioned that they did not accept Medi-Cal. When my wife suggested we may pay out of pocket, the receptionist said they were very busy - all of a sudden with no one in the lobby. Interesting that as White parents that they were willing to help us until her insurance and ethnicity were known.
Excellent 5 STAR urgent care experience! Efficiency was beyond expectations... of course, it was a slow time but nonetheless they were exceptional. Seen, x-rays taken, diagnosed and splinted in twenty-five minutes or less. That also included the excellent registration process as well as leaving with a disc of the images taken. Highly recommend this location for urgent needs! Thank you very much for your top notch urgent care!
Gabriel helped us with online part of application. We are in our 80s and definitely technically challenged. He was so patient and ended up putting everything on our phones so that it will be very simple to go to the airport for our Hawaii trip!Thank you again for the wonderful experience.Frederick Bost and Anita

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
