Kyle’s practice is grounded, intuitive, and effective. He’s a devoted practitioner and his calm energy and thoughtful attention to detail is felt in is beautiful treatment space. I came to him to heal an injury after an accident and to balance my nervous system. The acupuncture combined with his massage techniques helped my body repair and find greater ease and mobility as I returned to my athletics. I greatly looked forward to that healing hour every week. Highly recommended!

I suffered from chronic neck & shoulder pain and tendonitis on my wrists due to long hours of computer related work. I was skeptical of acupuncture and was afraid of needles until a (Western medicine) physician, who is highly recognized and respected by his peers, recommended that I try a type of acupuncture technique called "five-points". He listed several facilities that he deemed excellent (they knew what they were doing) one of which was Kyle's "Sun Over Mountain". I was in much pain and was getting concerned about taking too many NSAIDs on a regular basis. I used to get deep tissue Thai and sports massages in the past but within a couple of days the ferocious aches and pain returned as usual. Finally, I went in for an acupuncture treatment with Kyle and the relief was almost immediate. I've been receiving acupuncture treatments for about 4 months to date and the number of needles being used per session has been about half a dozen thus far and rather painless. The treatments have made a huge difference in relieving pain for sustained periods. My relief usually lasted any where from 1 week to well over a month. In addition, I've noticed other surprising and incredible benefits such as improvements with my overall energy, a sense of calmness, reduced feelings of anxiety/stress and felt more rejuvenated in the mornings as a result of sounder sleep. My hormone levels have felt more balanced too. I haven't needed to take pain meds for several months now. I've been opting for treatments once to twice per month, as needed. I've been paying out of pocket and found his prices to be reasonable and affordable. If I knew what I know now I would've opted for five-points years ago. Kyle is gifted, competent, highly intelligent, friendly, professional, and I've felt genuinely care for as a patient. His work space is well organized, clean, unpretentious, cozy and calming. If anyone is suffering from anxiety, stress, physical pain, hormonal imbalance or have sleep issues I'd highly recommend Kyle for adults, teens and even children.

I am a generally healthy 72 year old who comes to see Kyle for rebalancing and maintaining wellness. I have worked with many conventional and holistic healers over the years and give Kyle my highest rating. His has a remarkable ability to identify imbalances. He is also highly intuitive and able to connect muscular/skeletal tensions with problems more associated with organs. I feel that I am receiving the combined benefits of an acupuncturist trained in the five element tradition along with a chiropractor and massage therapist when I see Kyle. He often gets to the root of a long standing problem and can explain it clearly and comprehensively. I highly recommend his services for maintaining wellness along with treatments for a broad range of health problems and energetic imbalances.

His warm personal presence is rare among health providers and should be a requirement for all physicians. I began seeing Kyle for insomniac symptoms which were unaffected by 5 TCM acupuncturists. The Five Element system itself is uniquely powerful and the effects are immediately apparent, as Kyle is the second 5E practitioner I have seen. Both have been on a level above practitioners in other modalities. However, I suppose you will ultimately have to make your own judgement.

Kyle has been treating me for acupuncture for about four months now. He has helped me so much! I had chronic neck and back pain from an accident I was in and after a few months of treatments from Kyle, I have ZERO neck and back pain...he's a miracle worker. I have seen other acupuncturists in the past, but I continue to see Kyle because he is attentive and present when he is treating me. I really feel like Kyle does so much more than putting needles in my skin. He listens closely as I describe my ailments, he takes his time while treating me and Kyle seems truly passionate about helping people. I suffered a traumatic experience recently and Kyle was so attuned to that and with his help, I was able to get back to my normal, alert self. Kyle's warm, kind and compassionate heart is what makes him such a great healer. I feel very heard and cared for by Kyle and would highly recommend his services .

Kyle has saved my life. Started from Feb last year, my body acted out. My neck and neck muscles kept hurting me badly. Giving me not only extreme pain but also serious headache that lasted for weeks, went away for a day or so and then came back. Many times I thought my life was over and that I would become a disabled person. I saw chiropractor many time per week; I saw Stanford specialist; UCSF specialist, specialists from Healus center, physical therapists 2 to 3 times per week; I did everything and everything and my body was just wanting to kill me. At the end of August, I was preferred to Kyle. After about a few treatments, I started to see some changes. At the end of the year, I knew I could get over what was going on with me and get back to my normal life. Now I only see Kyle one per week and see no one else. Kyle always listen and care. He does everything and more at every single visit. Can't recommend him enough.

He really made me feel listened to, and cared for. My wife gets acupuncture when she is sick but it wasn't until my allergies got really bad a couple years ago that I was willing to try. From the very beginning I could tell Kyle was extremely competent and knowledgeable. He would explain everything as he went and always answers all of my questions. Kyle creates a peaceful atmosphere that always puts me at ease. He's very insightful, he listens carefully, and is easy to talk to. After a few months, I was getting regular acupuncture treatments for other things like work related stress and weight loss.
