She is so caring ,knowledgeable and helpful doctor. We are thankful because my kids are mentally and physically healthy. We really miss her Massi Sheykhi (Delasa/Dean mom)

Dr Ullom is kind and considerate with her patients while at the same time she is knowledgeable, giving straight-forward healthcare advice. The staff is lovely and customer-service focused--always a pleasant experience!

Dr Jody is an outstanding doctor who takes the time and makes gret effort to really get to know her patients. My son has been her patient for about 3 or 4 years now, and as he enters the complexity of teen years, I am thrilled that he has such a close relationship with a trusted doctor. Dr. Jody is everything you want a doctor to be: an amazing and present listener, respectful, analytical, up to date, extremely knowledgeable. And the most rare of all: compassionate. Her practice is so great - they get us in last minute for emergencies all the time and get us to specialists asap when necessary. Get Dr. Jody on your child's team!!!

Dr. Ullom was the pediatrician for my preemie daughter and then my son before she left Bayside in Pleasanton. My first child was 3 months early and came home a month before her due date. In that first month, we saw her every other day. She was kind and understanding. Me, being an on edge freaked out first time mom, she addressed every concern I had with my preemie, even if I would ask multiple times. She always showed patience and took the time to make sure I was ok. She never steered us in the wrong direction. She was always helpful in getting referrals to a specialist. My concerns were always addressed. To give a quick background, not only was my daughter 3 months early, which comes with its own list of concerns, but then she developed food allergies to almost all foods, eczema, constipation issues, hyper-activity, ROP stage 1, allergic reactions to medications, and more. For each issue, we always received a proper resolution and support. Dr. Ullom is truly amazing. I have never encountered another doctor or pediatrician like her. She is understanding, compassionate, and most importantly you feel heard and understood about your concerns. There was never a time that she made us feel rushed, never talked down to us, never snippy. Her patience is her virtue. She gets to know the family, not just her patient. My daughter would call her Aunty Dr Ullom. She felt like part of the family and we are truly sad to see her move on but wish her the best of success in her new location. If you live in her area and are looking for a pediatrician, look no further. She is a gem, one of a kind!
