The appointment was fine. Everyone genial and efficient and capable. *** I tried to send an inquiry online. The message it recorded was distorted, confusing, misunderstood. I tried to record another message to say never mind, and instead it wrote something entirely off base and ultimately used a bad four letter word. It wasn’t me! I wasn’t drunk or in a foul mood. Blame the technology! It was hilarious if not mortifying. Please don’t take it personally. But I apologize nevertheless.

Absolutely do NOT go to this place. I am beyond furious. I just received a letter from a collections agency over a charge that I have been disputing for MONTHS. This is a double charge that I've repeatedly tried to explain to their billing department -- and they refuse to listen. I was told the service would cost $150, and I paid that amount in full during my visit. Now, they're claiming that still owe the $150 and when I tried to clarify and tell them that I already paid them, they say that the $150 I paid was for a "different treatment," which is absolutely false. The only other services discussed during the visit were basic acne follow-ups, for which I paid a $35 co-pay. But none of that seems to matter to them. Instead of resolving the issue like a professional office should, they escalated the situation and sent it to collections -- over a charge I already paid. I'm being forced to pay the $150 again just to stop this mess, but I will NEVER return to this place. The way they treat patients is completely unacceptable. ZERO STARS. You've lost my trust, my respect, and my business -- permanently.

The staff here are amazing! Due to the nature of my treatment I come in twice a week, and the experience is seamless and pleasant. I am checked in immediately and am seen very quickly.
