LaserAway has been amazing! Multiple locations offer convenient appointment times that work into a busy schedule. The entire staff has been professional and courteous. My last treatment was with Ellie – she is so sweet and considerate and puts me at ease with my intimate area treatments. Mateo always greets me with enthusiasm and makes my visit a nice experience!

Very bad quality of service with no results and on top that their customer service do not know how to talk to customers, extremely rude. This guy named Brian Dickerson is the worst person to talk to as he is so unprofessional, extremely rude, and condescending. paid more than $6500 to this place and got zero results while they were selling us the packages, they guaranteed 80% results. Their nurses and people at desk even said that the results were not acceptable and LaserAway should do something about it and it should be minimum 80%, but Brian was so rude and unprofessional and instead of listening to us, he basically said that you should have read the policy as their is no guarantee of anything. This is a total scam, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could give negative star.

This was my second appointment at the LaserAway Milpitas location. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The nurse who helped me was Carrie. Since my skin was sensitive and some parts got kinda spicy when the laser reached, Carrie was very patient and waited for my skin to adjust. She was also thorough about the post-care instructions. Highly recommend this location!

Third visit at this newly opened Milpitas Location. It is neat, clean and in a very nice location for Milpitas and North San Jose residents. Amazing staff. First off the front desk - Jamie is amazing and listens to what your needs are. Second off, nurses especially Ellie - is amazingly thorough, efficient and very polite. Has amazing bedside manners and really meticulous about her process. I am glad I have this location for my needs.
