Perfect Healing Spa Center's Online Review Report Card

This was my second time here, and the worst massage ive ever had. The masseuse is rude and doesn't know what she's doing. She recommended deep tissue massage, which is $10 more, but I don't think it's any different from the first time I had. And she asked for $20 tips after I complained about her service. I asked her name at the end, but she refused to tell me. Yeah, this will be my last time visiting here. Stay away. To the owner, I had 1hr massage on 7/13, from 4:40-5:40. Hopefully you know who that is.

I will say the massage itself was good, she used her thumbs to apply a good amount of pressure and it felt very comfortable. The reason for my less than stellar score is the attitude. When the massage started I told her no neck, a few minute into the massage and she went for the neck which I find uncomfortable. Later when I was face up she asked if face massage was ok and for the first time in a massage I said no. She had to ask another time because she was baffled that I would say no so she kind of shut down for a quick second and looked at the clock not knowing what to do when I messed up the rhythm. There was no reason for her to act like that, she could have just massaged my arms for the rest and I would've been OK with it but her attitude made me enjoy the massage less. I have a suspicion that when she left to get a towel she stayed out longer than necessary (maybe even talked to her coworkers about it lol) It was mostly the attitude that dropped my mood but 4 stars seemed too good for how I felt so I had to go with 3.

The massage itself was fine but this place has now twice not been able to honor me booking two massages at the same time. Both times it happened, I had called ahead of time to request two massages for my fiancée and I and both times they thought I had only booked one massage, resulting in one of us having to leave and not get one. The first time I thought it was an honest mistake but it seems to be a trend. And then after it happened the second time and only my fiancée could get a massage, they asked her to double her tip as she was leaving. Even when she was already giving a standard 15% tip. Not very professional practice if you ask me.

Love this place! The vibe is welcoming, and the therapist was great at communicating. Very relaxing!

Hello, I want to recommend this place in Sunnyvale, CA. The staff in general is very friendly. On repeated occasions, LULÚ has helped me to really feel what an excellent relaxation section is. Very professional, very attentive and always willing to help understand what your body really needs to rest. I see her every two weeks for 3 hours and she never refuses to attend to me for such a long time. Lulú has my support 100%, she is young and tall with a very charming charisma. I am already looking forward to meeting her again. The clinic is very clean Good luck to everyone

Very professional massage place. I've been going to massage places for about 10 years...and this place is one of the best. The place is clean and Windy, the owner, is ready care about her business. She is always picking the phone and makes sure no surprise about time, about masseuse..I've been coming to this place for months. Highly recommended.
