Dr Sophie Dao is fantastic. I have been seeing Dr. Sophie Dao for at least 14 years now and she is great optometrists, experienced on eyes exam & answered all of my questions. Dr Dao is hands down the most knowledgeable optometrist and she is the sweetest and is very professional I have ever met.The entire staff was professional, informative interested in helping me get the best eye exam and the best frames for me.

I recently had a dry eye issue. I scheduled an appointment and was seen the following day. Because I usually go to her office for routine eye exams and not for dry eyes, Dr. Dao made sure to educate me regarding the formation of and how to prevent dry eyes. She was very helpful and informative as usual.

Dr Sophie Dao is really friendly and knowledgeable. After my examination she informed me of all possible options to resolve the allergies she had discovered that were created my eyes to always be red. She also spoke of possible solutions to resolve the cloudiness in the Cornea of my left eye. Once the allergy issue has been solved we will then move forward with correcting the issue with my Cornea. All the other optometrists (three different ones) I had seen over the past 16 yrs had not informed me of the allergies that had caused the redness.

Went to Dr. Dao for my latest pair of eyeglasses a couple of weeks ago.The eye exam was very thorough and went smoothly.The office looks very clean and well kept. There are a wide variety of eyeglassesto choose from.  I chose a Michael Ryen titanium frame with progressive lense& transition feature. Was very happy with the selection.The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very good experience.I would recommend this to all of my friends. Will come back again for another pair in the future.

Dr. Sophie is nice and my eye exam was pretty comprehensive.

My family and I have been with Dr.Dao for many years, starting from the time she was on Landess Avenue.Then we changed doctor because I had a new job, and the new doctor was closer to where I live and work too.  Well, that was not a good life decision.  My observation and advise to everyone is, if you have a doctor who's good and always treats you right, stick with him/ her.  Especially if she knows your history, your needs etc so well.  Makes perfect sense everywhere else too, such as if you found an awesome restaurant or a perfect tailor for your tastes, why go anywhere else? Your disappointment is practically guarrranteed!Anyway, so I switched back, and am very pleased with the service received.  Doctor's always friendly, attentive and knowlwdgeable.   Not just routine stuff, my parents eyes needed special attention and thanks to her intervention, we had the problem fixed in time.  My constant and very aggravating dry eyes are now so much better,  I had years of misery because the other OD's could not make that go away.  It's the computer work that does it to you, folks, and though it's common and kind of minor, to me it's like why live with having sand in your underwear (or in your eyes, in this case) when a good knowledgeable doctor can fix you good? Dr. Dao has an awesome selection of designer frames for the fashion-concious too, the prices, well, I'd say they are...not cheap, well reasonable prices (then again, if you buy top-of-the-line stuff for bottom-prices, something is not smelling right, ...right?)Every business has its good and not so good sides. This office has a few things, like anywhere else, that may not be perfect on a given day, but, hey, they always treat me with courtesy and friendiness.  That and with the long, comfortable relationship our family has with Dr.Dao, we're good with her care and service overall.This is my two cents, it's best that you go make your own opinion.
