I preferred to get my eye glasses and eye exam done from one place and selected this doctor based on the review out here. The doctor was ok but her optician staff was very bad. My insurance was about to get over by end of the year and I wanted to get the glasses done before that.I dealt with the girl Sherry and explained her the urgency. She wasted 1 week by either not returning the call or not come in on monday and even after taking a order and deciding on all pricing calls me next day and says she can't give that rate and asked for more money. This is a very unprofessional thing. Finally I had to cancel the whole order and went to some other place to get my glasses done. I would recommed go to another place where you get better cooperation from opticians as well. There are several others I have used in past. This time I just wanted to select someone closer to my house as I was in time crunch.

Dr. Gordon has been a family friend for a long time. I used to see a different doctor, however my past doctor was unable to prescribe me the correct glasses prescription. After several tries, I decided to come to Dr. Gordon. Since I wanted to go from hard contacts to glasses, it was a little difficult to prescribe. She told me that hard contacts shape/mold your eyes slightly and that affects your vision. So in order for her to prescribe the correct glasses, she had me remove my hard contacts for awhile before coming to see her. That solved the problem!
