We had an excellent experience with Dr. Suruchi and the entire team. Our 6-year-old was quite nervous about the dental appointment, but they were so kind, patient, and understanding from the very beginning. They made the whole visit feel comfortable and welcoming, which helped ease our child’s anxiety right away. Dr. Suruchi was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain each step in a calm and child-friendly way. She connected wonderfully with our child, making the appointment a positive experience instead of a stressful one. The team also provided kid-friendly support and created a warm environment that made our child feel safe and relaxed. We especially appreciated how Dr. Suruchi explained the importance of good dental hygiene in a simple and engaging manner that our child could understand. It was clear she truly cares about helping children build healthy habits while feeling confident about visiting the dentist. Horrible horrible horrible !! Avoid at all cost if you want sanity! Went to them seeing high reviews on google but was disappointed. They don’t check insurance and then bill later. When they talk they just say it’s your responsibility to check insurance when they already have taken the insurance details beforehand. Do your job and dont do things that are not covered or atleast tell us before hand things are not covered and it would be out of pocket. Doctor is good but the staff is horrible. Avoid at all cost They probably don’t know how to run the business properly and talk to clients properly.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Sue, a pediatric dentist in Milpitas, and it’s clear she’s amazing with children and families. She has such a warm, calm approach that instantly puts kids (and parents!) at ease, even during nervous moments. Dr. Suruchi goes out of her way to make dental visits positive and fun, taking the time to explain things in a way kids can understand. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care make every visit a comfortable experience. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist in Milpitas who truly connects with children and makes dental care something to smile about, Dr. Sue is the one to see!
